This 1948 instructional film produced by the Boy Scouts of America covers how to hold a productive Troop meeting. It begins with a Service Patrol arriving early to prepare the meeting room, to highlight the importance of preparation. This is followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to start the meeting. The Scouts then do a fun activity to kick off the meeting, followed by different rope activities, which have been dictated as the learning theme for that month. The Patrols then leave the room and compete to see who can build their part of a wooden tower the fastest. The meeting ends with closing remarks by the Scout Master, the introduction of a new member, and a recitation of the Scout Oath.
