O holy apostle St. Peregrine, full of zeal for the conversion of sinners, and never wearied in preaching the divine word, you brought sinners back to penance and promoted the honor and glory of God in all the land.
Obtain, I beseech you, that I may not be content with working but my salvation alone, but may also seek to sanctify my neighbor by good example, continued prayer, and kindly counsel.
How happy I would be if I could thus promote the glory of God on earth and have my part with you and all the saints in the eternal glory of heaven.

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called
"The Mighty" and "The Wonder Worker" because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you.
You who for so many years bore in your own flesh the dread disease of cancer, and when human power could do no more, you had recourse to Jesus crucified. He answered you by coming down from the cross and healing your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady the cure of these sick persons whom we entrust to you (mention your request here).
Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.
