Hello Nick. Congrats on 5 years for Assienda. I will miss the party by a week and Lupa by 2 days. Seiso looks look a nice vibe downstairs and the rooftop level will have a nice view. The food description sounds like it will be very good.
That must have been like interviewing Charlie from Charlie’s Angels but it’s Pattaya so as they say up to you!. Big change in the Pig and Whistle - gone are the packed out Sundays with cockneys taking the p1ss out of each other in their home from home!.
Hey Nick, great video. We met with the Indian owner during Covid to take over that building but we ended up passing on it. But you're right, it is a great space. Great to see something going in there.

I went there like 8 years ago when some old guy was running it sat at the bar he was had a pint with him. and pj bar i think some welsh guy was running it always came out giving free shots , and another open bar with football shirts but he had terminal cancer carnt remember his name but that was on a different road
Lovely staff at the end there. Yes the Thai food is excellent there and the open kitchen is beautiful. Had a party there a couple weeks ago. They have darts too. Front door on Soi 7 next to Lupa and there is a side door by the beer pong table that opens to the large back alley (Soi "Night Out") that has the Airport Bar.
I agree and as more of it opens it can only get better. Once completed the rooftop will be fabulous plus adding a western chef will give them more customers. If the western food is as good quality as the Thai they will have something special.
I will definitely have to go to Seiso it looks very posh it must have set the owners back a few BAHT, it has been done to a high standard. Good luck to the owners It is very competitive in Pattaya to make a business successful the old beer bars which hasn't seen a lick of paint in years will go bust "snooze you loose" in my opinion, I look at a restaurant or bar if it looks dirty and in desperate need of a lick of paint I wouldn't go in regardless if the girls are beautiful.
@@NDTViThailandKarens causing a lot of issues for others too - I can only imagine the automation is in high gear, as there is now way it’s human reviewed. It’s a shame the revenue model isn’t better for age verified content - I guess they love the $ from showing kids 2 banking or trading ads every 10 minutes 🙄
