I first came to Pattaya with the wife in the late 80s. Well, she took one look around and would not let me outside at night for a walk. She despised all the men taking advantage of those "poor girls" caught up in slavery. She still has same view to this day. But as we know, these "poor girls" are not innocent to this occupation and many do very well with some beguiled victims left destitute sleeping rough on the beaches etc. Six years ago after she divorced me I came to Pattaya with some satisfaction on my way back from another country. Should have sent her a post card. What will she now think when she finds out I intend to retire next year to Pattaya and Jomtein beach? Looking forward to this soapy....Thanks for sharing.
Best thing you did was to get rid of the annoying wife. Even I got rid of my wife in 2019. I had enough of the nonsense. Back to good old days. Have been a Pattaya man from 2005. Had a hiatus from 2012-2019 when I was married. God wanted me to get back to my roots, he came in my dream and said, you are not fit for marriage. Get back to your naughty life. lol
@@jefftam18 HI, for me I like the mix of expats and Thai. Great gyms and close to Bangkok.. A very helpful visa company run by English guy.. Kind of "entry point" for me . Known as good retirement area..I am not actually into the girls as such as have nice Russian friends who will come to stay..It also caters for Westerners with great condos etc. Plan is to go stay there for a while and see.

@@cabowabo5557 Good hotel, nice breakfast. Cost me around $50 USD / day. It has a swimming pool, some night staff are greedy, may try to charge you when you bring a freelancer. Be firm, don’t let them rip you off. They asked me 1000 THB for a freelancer. I said no way, you getting that from me.
Re the story so true I have listened to so many like this and experienced it my self. After 34 years old living in and travelling to Thailand, nothing shocks me what they do to each other even family. Be warned guys out there, what chance do we stand as an outsider.

I was at a soapie few years ago in patty. Can't remember which one (honey or p.p) and it was just amazing 👍 but you have to be bit smart like always in life. Don't choose a lady which ignores you or look away from you. I was sitting inside and took my time. One of the lovely girls smiled very nice back to me and the 2 hours with her was a great experience. Payed round about 3000 THB. So if you can give it a try for sure 😉
The lady was going with me in the room, she was beautiful. She explained calm but exactly what will happen now, she pointed to the shower "here we shower together", she pointed at the big air mattress "here I give you soapie", she took me at front of the bed "here we have sex" All of these in a intense and GF like way, no rush. In regards to pricing. There's something you should be aware of, bit of a trade secret, perhaps. There are no fixed prices. All these facilities have multiple versions of those laminated price sheets, with slightly different set of prices. So, when you enter and you talk to mamasan/papasan and ask for prices he/she will present a price list, which he/she thinks will match the time of the day, week day, season, but more importantly your looks, age, general appearance, ethnicity etc. In other words, if he/she thinks you're a wealthy businessman (or an ignorant fool...) you are more likely to be presented price sheet with inflated prices. I saw this myself, as I was presented wholly different price sheet by the same papasan than the next customer.
Have seen similar in a couple massage parlours where the price on the window on your way in has changed to 100 baht more on your way out and you start to think your cracking up .😀
What do the colors and letters represent on the price sheets? I know different levels of service but what are the specific options? Blue is what? Yellow? Red? Black?
I´ve never been, but I visited PP and Honey for a look last week. The best girls were definitely in Honey, but the prices are much better in PP (about 500Thb cheaper per colour) - if I remember rightly it was 2,200, 2,500 and 3,000 Thb. Another thing I was surprised about was that you get 90 minutes with the girl. Will definitely try next time.
Very heartbreaking story of the girl who build a house by hard work. She must have felt betrayed. On the other hand if she finds a fellow who cares for her she shtick on not betray. I am very weary about any Thai lady may just ditch you no matter what you have done for her.

I always mentioned the soapies as the highlight of my Pattaya vacation. They are good value compared to ST+barfine+room rent. No to mention the soapy massage itself is pretty good and fun compared to the average ST service.

Crikey, the story about the young lady building her own house and hard work over 5 years to pay for it, then her mother sells it to pay her gambling debts is really sickening and heartbreaking! I have realized that not all is as it seems with the bar girls and gambling is a big thing here in Thailand and a major scourge for everyone! Life is a gamble, literally and that is really tough when it's not your own fault! I have to feel compassion for her biggest disappointment of losing her dream home! How can her mother do such a thing? Even I don't know her, I feel very sorry for her!
Thanks for the update on the soapies. I've stayed in Hotel Acqua near Honey1 Body Massage and the Adelphi Hotel near PP Body Massage. I can thoroughly recommend both hotels, very clean and moderately priced. It's good to know that Pattaya is returning to some normality now after the Covid, keep up the good work Daz :)
Daz mate. Back in 2006, The Honey Massage was The Honey Inn hotel! It was 450 Bhat a night and the exchange rate was 70 Bhat to the £, less than £4.50p. I stayed there many times before they closed, oh Happy Days! And the beer was only 40 or 50 Baht in most bars! 😥
@Lancashirelad Do you remember The Holiday bar at the not far from The Inn Town? You could get a bottle of Chang for 29 Bhat! That little Soi had so many young good looking girls back then! 😍😍
Prices started under 2000B about 5 years ago so prices have not come down.....Quality wise,I wasn't that impressed by any of their line ups in fairness so I just walked out.... Don't feel pressured to take a girl after you have gone through the doors
Agree ,i believe the prices list is for different clients e.g farang are 2nd price and the more expensive (supposed model ) are aimed at korean (other asian ) .i think this because when i asked not many spoke english so concluded this

You have made an excellent video yet again, however its a pity that the soapie prices are more expensive now then what one can have just for the BKK airfare over a long weekend of multiple ST in a German FKK club. For Europeans just for the cost of the airfare to BKK one can get much the same kind of rumpty bumpty in a german fkk club without suffering a 12 hour long haul flight. As for Americans well they have Colombia on their doorstep where the cost of rumpty bumpty ST can be had for around USD25..... As more and more punters realise Pattya is no longer the rumpty bumpty capital Pattaya is going to slowly die, Unless the Australian and Kiwi punters flood into Pattaya and keep pattaya on life support.... But even they are heading to the Philippines and Cambodia for cheaper rumpty bumpty.... Is going to Pattya really worth it now?? Its not the same as it once was
You're right the bar girls aren't worth Pattaya but it is a cheap place to live where a guy can still have a nice looking non bar girlfriend. There's nice weather, resorts, western food, shopping malls, modern movie theaters, etc.
@@erichaynes7502 Given a choice of a cheap place to live where I could find a nice non bar girlfriend, I would choose Colombia.... It has everything you mentioned except the oppressive humid weather of Thailand. The temp is the same year round like spring 25 centigrade
@@JohnMitchI used to live in Panama it was definitely hot/humid there other than Medellin I think Colombia is the same. I do like a lot of the girls down there but a lot of danger. I'm not so much looking for a GF as a cheap place to live so I can afford to do other things. The western world is convenient but just keeps on getting more and more expensive..at least in Thailand I can live in a small, decent, clean place with low monthly bills..right now I'm paying 3k a month and really getting nothing in return.

Very roughly speaking - how many of the girls in the Pattaya area are "city/town" born? Meaning her parents will not be Village People, with cap-in-hand and sick Buffalos etc? Is it difficult to meet non-scheming city/town girls there if/when you're ready for a steady gf?
All inclusive supposed to be but in my experience, admittedly 10 years ago now, they do like a reasonably substantial tip, ie 500 bht plus. Yes some do have a tough life, not quite as tough as working in a rice field or factory though. Life made even tougher by their blood sucking families.
Re the little story, I kinda get what you mean. But a few years on your back and then owning your own house outright ...is it so tough? I and many friends work hard for a 25 year mortgage which you can lose at the drop of a hat through unemployment, negative equity etc.

A soapy is 1500 to 2500 no lady drink room included. soapies are to me the best deal because you are going to great service if you are only there for the ole in and out in and out and in and out. 555
I'm a big fan of soapys when i go. The whole experience is nice and relaxed, more than trying to half a half understood half English conversation over the top of bar music at one of the bars. It was 2000 for the basic girls when I was last there in 2019, and 2500 for the next level up, it's gone up a bit but not so bad compared to other things. Does it look like Sabai Dee or Sabai Room will ever re-open? There was another one, I think it was called Rasputin that I never went to, is that still there?

@@cabowabo5557 soi six, honey, coconut bar, Thai friendly, my luck on soi pothole has been poor so far. Soi boomerang has been good. The massage parlors on soi buakow with a nuru flair have been good they wear more casual attire. Also you can ask mp ladies if they barfine.
pre covid honey 1 had a terrible line up, so if you can confirm the lineup now is better than their pre-covid days then that would be great news And that is terrible about what happened to that girl who lost her house, hope she will be able to recover

The house was built on the mother's small farm, where the mother obviously owns all the land AND any buildings on it, so it was all in the mother's name, who was understandably trusted by the girl. No any more !!!
That's why to avoid the fees of bars etc you're better off with TF and social media to meet girls. The drinks plus bar fine add too much to the cost, plus they want 1500 ST, whereas you can negotiate lower than this outside of bars. Girls asking for 1500 ST price is outrageous compared to what normal thais earn (about 300-400 PER DAY). If she can fit 2-3 in a day she can earn 10-15 times the price of what most thai people are earning working 8 hours lol.

@@gavreynolds2689 the V and S class came because rich Chinese customers wanted "extra expensive and exclusive". So the agents would just make up an extra expensive tier, and eventually they would keep it. Soapy girls have told me this xD
