Pattaya Thailand, 2 City Centre condos for rent near all the action. 

I skipped using agents now and just go to the condos and talk to the property managers of the buildings. Agents never replied. As a landlord of 40 years I would never bother with agents here. We got a good deal on our own imho: 240M 50K 4bd 4ba 3 seaview balconies. Beachfront is nice.

Great locations. My advice to anyone who is a first-timer is to rent for 2-4 weeks at a time in one area and then move to a different location. You will get a better idea of the different neighborhoods.

There are many tourists (max 3 months) and that is all they want either a condo or serviced apartment or room for. Currently staying in a hotel in Jomtien at less than 600b per night, swimming pool and the beach across the road, great staff, wifi, electric, water all included, walked in off the road. Great walks along both Jom tien and Dongtan beaches, dawn and dusk.

Both of these are an excellent location, near Soi Buakow and with a 7/11 a stones throw. The rents are amazing value, even less than 3 years ago. I enquired about staying at the Centara as a Hotel, and they wanted THB2000 p/n, so the longer rental is a fraction of that. Both great places to begin a new life in Pattaya. No scooter required.

Love your videos Daz, best Thailand youtuber for advice and stories. Your "newbie" advice videos have saved me and I'm sure countless others so much money and gives us what not to do but more importantly what TO do which no one else seems to do. Thank you. May I recommend a video you could make, when staying in the awesome LK presidential which you recommended, it was perfect but only one thing I didn't like which others would like, the pool was on the North side which didn't get any sun. I would go to the beach in jomtiem or the lil beach North or the dolphin roundabout you showed us in one of your videos (lovely spot 👍🏻). The video recommendation is good swimming pool with public access for the sun worshippers. With your archives it could be a load of editing and talk over?

Grand Avenue, great location and place to stay for a short term rental, horrible place to live. Loved the steam room and sauna but it`s shocking build quality and full of low end tourists and bar manager types, I couldn`t wait to leave the place.

My friend owns a few there in building B. He won’t cut me a deal because of the large amount of people coming back . It’s a great location for sure but twice what I’m paying on Pratimnat Hill. Oh, the one in the red shirt is lovely 🥰

I liked the first Condo, bright colours and just big enough for a single guy. I think the price is a little high, however I guess everything around the world is increasing.

Just me talking..........But this 2 months deposit issue would have to be negotiable before I would consider it. You are giving them $ 900 dollars to work with for a year. In the hope they do not scam you out of it in 6 months or a year......................I am not that trusting. Not in life or business.

They are all going down this min 6 month contract to deter AirBnB. The condo management don’t want them. Not sure what the 2 months deposit is all about , sounds a piss take tbh. Of the ones I’ve spoke to it’s one month. 14/15000/ month for a one bed is the going rate at the moment and there isn’t a lot of decent ones around despite what people are saying in the comments. A lot shown on the sites are old or already gone.

problem with grand avenue is that the garage is under the building and they are at a very low point in pattaya,last year they had the garage under water for more then a meter high with lots of scooters big bikes and cars damaged,i am curious to know if that issue is settled already because a friend of mine in interested in buying that 3 bedroom condo that is for sale on the 8th floor,its around 12000000 bath

The gym is a typical lackluster apt building gym, but the sauna and steam rooms are a nice touch and they're big enough that you'll never not be able to use them for too many people in there.

you have made a good video at soi ice of a budget hotel but the name of the hotel confusing, you mentioned during your commentary that it's called iconsiam, but if try to Google it you will not find it maybe the name is siam, but still unknown. it's worthy to do another video of this hotel and ask about yearly rent etc. kind regards 🐝

150 metres from Tree Town??? You must be joking! I've just returned to England having spent 2 months staying at Grand Avenue in the same block as the apartment that was featured in the video, though I was on the top floor. It's a very big condo complex with around 800 units. The apartment itself was quiet and comfortable. The proximity to LK Metro and many lively bars on Soi Buakhao is certainly a plus factor. Most of the one bedroom units are very small at 36 sq metres and 14000 THB for a 12 month contract is, in my opinion, too expensive.

Sometimes I find it very hard to watch your videos when it comes to these apartment condo you don't seem to have a list of what you're going to ask question why you don't have any sort of question order so you don't miss something in other words like start at the basic floor what floor are you going to be on what room were condo unit be showing us today do they have parking do they have what comes with the condo you get one parking space underground or above-ground or whatever you don't have that down and then you don't have to do that have you don't ask about the amenities on the outside do they have a restaurant swimming pool jacuzzi sauna and then the list goes on then when you make it to the apartment or condo you don't have a list of questions to ask at that point so that you don't miss anything and you know it's it's a Hidden Mist and man you been doing this too long you should have this down by now so that you don't miss anything in your review and make it very difficult for me to watch you sometimes it's not a complaint I just realized that's how you are you have not become organized and I've been watching you for over two years and it just makes it very hard to watch you and I would have thought over the two years of watching you he would have it down by now but you don't and I'm not being anal or anyting else it's just you need to get it knocked down you been doing this I'm sure longer than to cure but you need to really make a list for the property the outside of the property parking Etc moving into the property the amenities of the property then finally the unit and what it comes with show the unit I mean it needs to be all down you don't have it down and that's why I just couldn't take it anymore today I finally had to open my big mouth and say something hopefully for the better song I don't want you to be on the bi-level I want you to step up to that a level and I want you to quit being a number 7 I want you to be a number 10 ft it that way
