I stayed at the Access twice , first when they newly opened and secondly a couple of years ago , Covid hit them hard and the rooms were a bit shabby , but it looks like they have now newly painted it , owner was pleasant , loved that it had an elevator

This is a very good place to rent in weekends for me, i like to stay in Jomtien full time, but in the weekends, Friday - Sunday, book a room like this, when going out to party, a nice place to bring unknown people if youre lucky one night, hahahaha. I dont like to bring strangers to my Jomtien Condo. This is amazing for that low nightly price 👍👍

Stayed at the Bluebird hotel a few years ago. Room was very nice with a nice little balcony. Restaurant was still open when we stayed. Food was good and inexpensive. Good location was quiet but close to everything.

The second guest hotel names admire that I lived in July 2023 is extremely clean. The landlady is pretty nice to everybody and her traditional food is awesome . The opposite Vogue Hotel has 150B breakfast buffet for everybody walking in. Thank you Daz.

I’m a happy customer of Vogue. Professional and helpful. It’s close to the action and transport but in its own little pocket so it’s a peaceful place to come home to….❤❤❤❤

Nice out-of-the way places Daz 👍 I liked the Access Inn best because the owner genuinely seemed interested as you were leaving to include the fact that they can provide room service with meals and drinks and laundry service which is always a plus. I wonder what would have happened if you had mentioned that you would like the "Macron" special rates and if that would be a discount or a rate increase?🤔😅🤣😂

I was in the Blue bird inn for one night before heading to the airport in may. The good points were clean room, soft beds, strong ac, nice bathroom, and outdoor patio if you wanted to smoke. Only minor things bad was the safe didn't seem to work in my room and the tv is trash.

Bargains are still to be had in Pattaya for those on a budget. All clean places and the amenities you need. I would be happy to stay any in any of the places you showed Daz

Always excellent to see what’s out there and getting such a close-up. I really think I want to stay a few blocks away from the action, my place Must have pool and A/C that works. Absolutely Outstanding

With their prices, locations & nearby pools, they're all fab - esp Access Inn 😃. They're almost as cheap as a condo - yet with facilities & flexibility like a hotel 😎

Might want to check out the zing group of hotels pattaya..... personally found it to be good value of money

I would say the third one was the best with elevator access and a nicer shower. It seems on booking sites with places that are cheaper they will never mention no elevator or no window and only the typical Asian shower.

Access inn looked good i might stay there next trip

I just stayed at GW Guesthouse on Soi Chiayapoon. Owner is s great guy. The rooms facing the street tend to be a bit loud, the ones on tbe other side are much quieter.

700 seems kinda steep... I guess it is RIGHT in town? Jomtien has fancy Condos for rent with giant swimming pools and facilities for like $5 more a night with a 1 bedroom kitchenette etc.

You got your exercise for the day at the first hotel. The room was fine, but that potential climb to the 4th floor could get old. 😁👍

Daz , thanks again for an interesting video this time , very good value, I am very surprised at the attitude of the staff ,especially the first one , the 2 French places looked decent for the money , all the rooms looked very small , I appreciate 600 baht does not get you very much , personally , I haven’t stayed anywhere near that soi , I prefer somewhere quieter and with a good view , keep up your good work daz , the flights seem to be reducing in price right now , maybe a visit is coming. , 5555 ,stay safe my friend

I'm guessing none of these guest houses would have WiFi at that price, but I wonder if they are all guest friendly if you book as a single guy? I think the French man said his was, but I wonder if the other two are or if there is an additional fee every night you bring a different girl back to your room?
