Nice tour P Jo. Beautiful area. You couldn't pay me to live in one of those tall buildings. I wouldn't go any higher than a fire brigade ladder would reach. Stay safe. Beware of soi dogs

A superbly presented video, really interesting and informative. The Wongamat area is quiet, peaceful and charming, with the best beaches in Pattaya, and would be a great choice for long-term stays, with some highly impressive condos.

I love the Wongamat Beach 🏖️ 🌊 area. Everything is upscale and quiet. A great way to get away from the opposite of Central Pattaya. But you are still only 10 minutes away from the party chaos. Plus "take out" 👙 from Bamboo Beach will be very convenient 🍻💃🕺5️⃣5️⃣5️⃣

Someone knows something about the future of Pattaya if they keep building new Condo blocks, don't think I could live up that high, nice ride around Naklua. Thanks P Jo.

That area just keeps on expanding mate,my god so many new developments, would be a top area for anyone retiring,just need a bike or car to get about. Take care mate

So at the beginning of the video that single lane road going down the beach that you’re standing on , the cars have to reverse all the way up to get out , is that correct ? And what if while they doing that another car is coming down towards the beach ?

I’ve heard the jetski s are safe to hire there??

I live in the area. Great beach, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Clean, safe and cosmopolitan. But you do need a vehicle.

I am very disappointed that there only 150,000 empty apartments in Wongamat. I hope they keep building so as we can have upto a quarter of a million empty apartments, therefore full filing the Thai business model 😆

It is amazing what they've builth there. I've never been a fan of north Pattaya, though.
