The Unown error reminded me of another error I encountered in BDSP. For the unown quest, a shiny unown will not count towards capturing the alphabet. I caught the whole alphabet with a shiny E unown, but the hiker wouldn't open up the room to the ! and ? unown. Considering the shiny was the only oddity, I went back and caught a normal E unown and the hiker opened the new room.

They really need to give Unown a swarm form like Wishiwashi... they were so scary in the movie but are just pathetic in the games lol...

While I kind of agree that Sawsbuck isn't even remotely close to being one of the most popular Pokemon, its Winter form is amazing. Sadly, right now it's practicaly unobtainable, at least in gens 6 and 7. At least I belive I saw one winter Sawsbuck in the new S/V trailer, so maybe the method of changing Sawsbuck's forms will be brought back or altered in gen 9. That or my eyes are just decieving me.

11:03 So I'm not a game developer but I mess around with Rpg Maker (VX Ace specifically) sometimes, and the water tile is likely to be the actual problem. If you got the swimming prompt while standing on the sand tile and pressing A, you could be facing any direction and the game would still change to the swimming sprite. If you happened to be facing a wall that would not be an ideal situation, especially if you haven't saved in a while. The game forces you to move to the next tile, so you'd be stuck there. There are so many water tiles they probably just forgot about this one.

One error I always knew of was in gen 5. One of the patch rows of grass has like 5 patches even though it is 4 squares wide. So for some reason even though you take 4 steps, you go through 5 patches of grass because they're like a few pixels thinner

I really like Sawsbuck conceptually. The idea of a grass deer with trees for antlers that change as the seasons do is really cool. Just wish Sawsbuck was a...less garbage mon...

About the cotton puffs of Jumpluff having Square shadows in Colosseum, the cotton puffs don’t even have shadows in Stadium 2, where the model of it comes from.

The jumpluff squares probably wasn't specifically fixed as much as the lighting was made better. The squares are due to the fluff actually being a single plane with a texture, but the shadow doesn't consider the transparency of the texture.

when i was attempting to make my own fan game, i had the Legendaries hidden away from Unknowns. Each letter had a unique statue that when you have click the statue with the specific letter thats when a legendary comes out.

Bruh,... How could you NOT know about how O.P. Psychic type Pokémon were in Gen 1? That is quite literally the reaaon both Steel and Dark types were made! Especially Dark types though. But even then? Dark types weren't as useful till the Physical/Special split of Gen 4.

To build off unown shiny rates, the way gen 2 did both shiny chance and which letter were based off IVs (then known as DVs) Ironically, this means the only letters that can be shiny in gen 2 are I and V

Unknown is similar to Spritomb for me. I love the background and lore but hate the Pokemon in game it sucks hard

I believe the "Warp" tile for Surfing was either not placed in that one spot of the map Or the Activation of the "Warp" Tile to trigger the Surfing sprite to spawn in was Disabled during testing and wasn't reenabled on release

Sawsbuck was objectively the coolest deer until Wyrdeer came to town. Also, the Shiny Giratina Shadow Force glitch in Legends still hasn’t been fixed.

These games are not good at being consistent with the Pokemon in repeated fights at all, not only do their IVs increase constantly throughout the game, but their natures switch all the time between fights, they're basically different Pokemon everytime, Heracross swapping abilities seems like a whatever thing since neither ability gives you any prompt that its active.

There’s a from my teenage years where in Emerald where I found a Shiny Taillow in the Route NE of Rustboro on the way back to the Mart to buy Poké Balls (which I had none at the time). I then ran into ANOTHER ONE before I made it back to Rustboro to buy Poké Balls. My friend literally had just joked about me finding a shiny while I was out of Poké Balls and I found not one but TWO.

Unown is way cooler than most Pokemon they're an alphabet plus the Arceus theory combined with the Entei movie makes perfect sense, they can warp reality when grouped together, like wishi washi but even more powerful

i used to like the unown. here's my story: i was 12 Pokémon stadium 2 dropped I got it I also seen Pokémon movie 3 and i was like sweet unown are like legendary Pokémon I sent it out and it died to a seadra the next battle died to a glacieon 5 battles it lost to a Pokémon i thought it shouldn't have lost to. Then a month later my friend states yea unown sucks ass. no matter the letter it is. So then my favorite Pokémon became Suicune

Who freakin' cares? Of all the 'friendly' rivals? Barry's my most annoying; he's the only NPC who gets to move as fast as I wanna go in-game in the overworld, but I have to wait for him to go away before I can move still! And his battle animation makes Barry look like a special needs kid who's having some sort of seizure too, WTF?! I'm GLAD I can defeay his stupid Heracross that much quicker and easier; use Staraptor's Brave Bird, or even just Aerial Ace, Hell, Fly works too, to O.H.K.O. that beetle! LMAO!
