Potential Pokémon riddle: a move was used against a golurk, empoleon, and tropius. Golurk was immune, empoleon was neutral, and tropius was hit super effectively. Nobody changed types, what was the move.

Sandslash is definitely an armadillo, since Sandshrew is an armadillo and shrew combination. (C'mon, he lives in desert climates, has a similar armored design like an armadillo? He's literally two shades away from beige? Curls into a ball for protection?) But to be fair, both hedgehogs and armadillos do the curl-into-ball-for-protection defense mechanism, so I can see why sandslash would give hedgehog vibes especially with the spikes (although I do believe it's still a fantastical version of an armadillo, just more on the offensive rather than defensive)

Loved watching it when it came out, but love watching you react to it too haha gives me a reason to watch it all over again ;p

So fun fact about Mr. Mime having 5 fingers instead of 4. It used to have 4 fingers but there were complaints in Japan over it being a yakuza reference. I guess yakuza members will cut off their pinky and present it to their boss as a form of recompense if they "sin" against their boss and people complained Mr. Mime referenced that. If you look up Mr. Mime's sprites on Serebii for the different generations you can see it has 4 fingers all the way up until Ruby and Sapphire, where they then changed it to 5 for Emerald and FRLG

I like this a lot. Patterz trying and struggling around the answers grounds these things in a way I think they need.

Re: Mt. Mime having 5 fingers instead of four: it is very hard to find a Japanese cartoon character with four fingers, since one of the readings of the kanji for "four" is a homophone for "death". Now, that might fit Mr. Mime for some people, but YMMV. Edit: also, please react to the recent DeliciousJames quiz video. Zane got to fully experience what he puts his friends through in it.

"Whale" isn't a taxonomic group. Whales, dolphins, porpoises, and narwhals are all in the clade Cetacea, and that clade is itself split into two extant smaller clades, Mysticeti (baleen whales) and Odontoceti (toothed whales). Delphinidae, the group that contains most species that people traditionally think of as dolphins (orcas, bottlenose dolphins, etc.), is in Odontoceti, so the argument could be made that all dolphins are toothed whales. It comes down to semantics, and since the term "whale" is vague you _can_ assign it to the whole of Cetacea.
