This was dedicated to Kevin Parker owner of Ms. Tootsies restaurant in Philadelphia. He was an Amazing man and a wonderful philanthropist. Rest in Peace Kevin! Peace Be Unto You Patti!
It makes NO SENSE how this woman gets me in my feelings every time she sings. I'm sitting here crying like a baby, and promising myself I'll live better over this song. AMEN and AMEN.
I’m in my car wiping the tears away😿😿😿 And when she gets choked up damn. Rivers flow. 🥲This is so emotional. Love you Patti and RIP to your dear friend. Thank you for sharing 👏🏽
Kevin funded my first New York Fashion Week. I needed money for my collection, the show, transportation, etc and Kevin just believed in me. I still CANNOT believe he is gone. I remember sitting in his office back at 3801 talking about everything, talking about our mothers. He was there when I lost my mother and I was there when he lost his mom and know your gone. 💔🥺😥
Neither tears nor time can affect Patti Labelle. Seriously though, at an age where other singers are changing arrangements and using special techniques she still has a powerhouse voice that's clear as a....belle
This woman is a true gift from God. To be almost 77 years old and still sing with so much soul and feeling is amazing. A true talent. Sorry for your loss. God Bless you Ms. Labelle

After watching this video it makes me feel so fortunate for all the friends that are no longer with me and the ones who are. I was fortunate enough to here this gift of a human being sing this song live in concert and she has still got it. The pipes, the feelings, the little movements she makes and the ability to make you feel like she is singing directly to you even in a crowded stadium. True beauty, grace and a shining star.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This was my grandmother’s ringtone, she passed away 05/08/20..this is my first time hearing it since she died 😞 she was truly a big piece of my heart and a beautiful friend ❤️
