Paul Anka appears on "I've Got a Secret" (December 26, 1966) with host Steve Allen and panelists Betsy Palmer, Bill Cullen, Bess Myerson, and Henry Morgan, and introduces a chorus of people chosen from the telephone book whose names sound out the lyrics to "The Twelve Days of Christmas."
IGAS used this stunt several times; it seemed to be a real crowd-pleaser. The first and best time was the 1963 "Inda Good Old Somerstein" show with Meredith Willson, but this one is pretty funny as well, both because of the creative use of names and because of the performances (I especially liked Ms. Goldring and Ms. Kallenberg).
The Meredith Willson appearance can be found posted in two parts:
Part 1: • Inda Good Old Somerste...
