This soooo rang true with me (and many many in the area where I live) with a narcissistic “pastor” and bullying team of “elders”. So evil - all you have said about how to handle bullies is true. We had to push back ultimately as they wanted to take over our children and break up our family. But God Himself freed our family (except one stubborn foolish one who we are praying for and putting truth in front of) from this evil and we are stronger and happier in Jesus because of His wonderful plan to get us out of it. And we are hopeful that the truth will be seen by our other child and the many caught up in the cult of personality of these false leaders. And God will expose it in the community as well in His perfect timing❤️😊😌
A pastor bully ruined my life. He is full of audacity, and I believe that audacity has grown because he’s protected by his institution. This man is right, you need a bigger stick than they have, or no one will listen. You’ll just be bullied more.
Paul, please check out pastor/apostle bully over here in Croatia. His name is Damir Šićko Alić, word of life cult/WOF/NAR "church". I would love that you analize his preaching which is in fact ad hominem against some of us witnesses about spuritual abuse. I cant understand why anyone is not talk against it in Croatia. Among 3.5 milion people there is no one! 😢😢😢
How to name it, when so called pastor slander you in public speaking lies about you in order to cover his wrong doing, and when you finally speak out about spiritual abuse, he sue you knowing that you are "powerless" without money and lawyer. It happen to me here in Croatia. What to do?!!
I will be praying. The word or phrase that you could be looking for is "ad hominem;" attacking the person instead of the issue at hand. That is hard to say, but when Hezekiah was faced with the issue of the Assyrians surrounding him he spread the documents before the Lord in prayer. I recommend reading 3 John. The best thing is continue to pray for a good church. I am unfamiliar of any trusted or vetted search engines in Croatia that could assist, but if not just continue to pray (of coarse) and search by just visiting for a church that one preaches the word of God and I recommend that be expositional and not topically. We will not fix everything in this life, but a Judgement Day is coming (Hebrews 9/27) But at the same time I am terrified eternal of the fate of the ungodly. I hope this somewhat helps. A useful verse for the church, where Paul rebukes the church for putting up with abusive leaders: 2 Corinthians 11:20 [20] In fact, you even put up with anyone who enslaves you or exploits you or takes advantage of you or puts on airs or slaps you in the face.
There was 2 bullies in the church that I went.They used racism.... Because apparently it's okay for females to control each other. They get to be the guardians of who is allowed to be in a relationship. And they were allowed to do whatever they want to each other. And as a christian are not allowed to end any relationships with them....because one of them had the pastor as a friend .
Spiritual bullies? - I got physically assaulted at church three times and ended up with an injured arm which has only just healed after four months! She denies attacking me from behind and gaslighted "it must have been somebody else". The elders accused me, in front of everyone, of not being peaceable because I communicated with her by whatsapp instead of face to face. They did not discipline her in any way because "there is no evidence".
