Paul Crouch Jr. Part 2 

Love Paul’s transparency. It’s refreshing. I ran into a minister off TBN many years back while visiting Ca The minister really didn’t know me but he and his wife had a unit in the building where I was a guest. I recognized him as he was on about every program singing. They knew my family who had been on TBN as guests and hosts for years. So this minister/singer and his wife continued to chat with me . He asked me if I was married. I said divorced. He immediately judge me. Out of his mouth pops out “God hates divorce”. I said yes and did not defend myself by stating some facts that biblically gives me the right to be divorced which I never wanted in the first place. He continued to chat and wanted to know what unit I was staying in? I said the number. He said oh the guys that own that are really gay. I said one of those guys was my husband. I watched this minister do a big gulp as he had put his foot in his mouth by judging my life when he didn’t have all the facts. We need to be careful to point our fingers at our self and not others when we are judging. Scripture says be quick to listen and slow to speak. He was not my pastor. I didn’t need his council. I knew scripture as well. Just saying watch what comes out of your mouth as we will give an account for every idol word. After that I’m careful what I reveal as I do not want to defend myself or feel sad for a failed marriage that I had no control over.

We love you Paul Crouch Jr. I love your honesty & transparency. You are a treasure how you handled all of the scandle that took place.

Paul Jr is the one person who should be managing TBN. He was His Dads first choice, to begin with. Matt is out of place running TBN. I don't watch the network any more because there is no anointing to the programs. I miss Paul Jr being there, He brought a sense of security to the network. Matt can't do that, He's not called to it. Matt has a huge huge EGO that needs deflated!

This man Paul Jr. has such a loving spirit. Love covers a multitude of sins. He lives it.

I was saved via TBN when I was 17. I’m now 57. I will be forever grateful to Jesus for salvation and His mercy and grace.

Love PJ and his family. Daystar seems to be doing similar to Susie Lamb. Sending Sr ministers to talk to her to shut her down for the sake of “protecting” Daystar. I used to watch TBN on and off and had no idea what was going on behind the scenes. I remember getting blessed by Paul Crouch and Paul Jr in many of their programs. I remember how humble and kind Paul Jr was. After I relocated to a different state I somehow forgot about the show. One day I came across TBN and saw someone else (Matt Crouch) hosting the show. In my spirit I felt that there was something strange about him (and his wife, too). There was some pride and indifference quality about him. I didn't get blessed and didn't like it so I stopped watching the show. Now I know why! Paul Crouch Jr should be leading TBN and hosting the program. He would take the network to the next level!

A friend of mine developed a casual friendship with Gospel singer Terry Blackwood. He once told my friend years ago, "The Gospel Music industry is no Sunday picnic!"

Prayers for Matt’s repentance over the pain they are causing your daughter and for the millions in dollars of the Lords money they wasted in Hollywood. You have a kind heart. God can use that more than a manipulative one. Prayers for you all. You will be blessed for putting forth effort to pursue peace with your brother. It will go well with you❣️🙏🏻

I want to add another comment. Many years ago when I was divorced and had five children I wrote a letter to TBN. Jan personally hand wrote a letter back to me encouraging me.

Cut my baby Christian teeth on TBN. The Tripp family, Betty sang, Dwight Thompson, Dottie Rambo, Mike Purkey, many others were a staple. The prayer line was a lifeline at times for me, and my family. My mom and I sent our little offerings. We watched as new TV stations, and satellites were brought forth. There were victories WE all could celebrate. I'm so sorry there was this rift in the family. Every family can identify. Plus add Satan to steal, kill, and destroy in the mix. I quit TBN years ago. The flavor changed. There was a different vibe. Hearing all the good, bad, and ugly, I'm still thankful for those previous years. God bless. ✝️

I just watched the other program where Paul’s wife let Paul spoke. I loved it. People need to remember that ministers and families are human, just like the rest of us. I am not judging, just thankful that Paul, his sweet wife and family are serving God and have peace🙏

I am one of the many who first of watched Paul and Jan Crouch in 1973. I remember that well little did I know many faults were hidden in their lives. It takes a lot of courage for Paul Crouch Junior to have to expose such a raggedy situation representing a magnificent God. What made me angry is that Matt Crouch could not control himself to face the truth and that his brother had to bring to Light the ugly truth of what was going on behind the scenes oh, did I say behind-the-scenes Paul Crouch Junior has made that a reality that shoots him to Stardom He will end up saving TBN because God the father knows what really happened and used him to keep things transparent. I stopped watching channel 40 years ago supernaturally so I didn’t know why but now I know, listening to Paul Crouch Junior. I’m truly thankful for him. (My mom used to say I really don’t know about those people ) in the long term, Little did I realize that Paul Crouch Junior would experienced the same things my mom stated to me. All I can say to Paul Crouch Junior is Stay the Course in God because we all truly know that the Lord Jesus at one time and place used magnificent people like your mom and dad, even though they had their faults a faultless God used faulty people to help faulty people become faultless.

Whatever went on behind the scenes our Heavenly Father knows the absolute truth. He is the One who will be answered too! The One who holds all accountable.

PCJ is the real article! I found TBN after my conversion in 88, and it was like scripture says, living water for a thirsty soul. His transparency is bittersweet but even ministers to the hurting. The Crouch family will always be remembered for spreading the gospel throughout the world.

To Paul Crouch Jr, thank you for your honesty. I got saved in 1982, all thanks to your mom and dad, watching "Praise the Lord." Your mom and dad fascinated me...that's how the Lord got my attention. I would love to be able to watch a "praise the Lord" type of evening show, like your parents hosted. Can you start something like Praise the Lord? God bless you!

Long time TBN partner until those last few years of Paul Sr.’s life. I could not put my finger on it but something was obviously not quite right whenever Matt & Laurie were on. I saw Matt’s disrespect and the Hollywood cockiness with his father on air several times. I never said anything or tried to find out what was up, but I quit watching. Matt and Laurie took off Kenneth Copeland last year as Bro Ken said, because the “channel going in a different direction.” Uh different direction from the Word of God? That horrified many of us. Thank you Paul for tenderly telling us the truth about what happened. I know in my heart you are telling the truth. God is greatly blessing you and I am so glad!!

I am a former viewer and supporter of TBN. I stopped watching because of the way Matt and Laurie changed the network and programing. I knew there was friction between the family and Paul Jr. of some kind, but I didn’t know about all that was going on with the family. Wow!

I hope you and your brother can one day mend your relationship will be praying for both.

TBN saved me when I was raising my three daughters! TBN was all we could watch. We did watch SOME pbs, but, not much. Thank God for obedient Christians. I’m sorry about what Matt did to Paul, it was extremely deceitful. We pray for Matt. God bless everyone reading this.

Many years ago I saw Jan and Paul in Sears in the men's department. Paul said to Jan,""all I've got is that grey suit." In the beginning of TBN Paul and Jan gave their all in all my opinion. They were humble and on fire for the Lord and for Souls and made many sacrifices. I know towards the end something happened that changed things. Maybe we as Christians should have been lifting them up and praying for them. If it was you or I it could have happened to us.

TBN was a life line for me at a difficult time in my life! I do hope PJ & Matt can reconcile however I no longer watch TBN because it’s been such a disappoint as of late. Matt in my opinion has ruined the network! When Jack & Rexella Van Impe left TBN after 20 some years was telling! Very sad!!

Pj I do believe what u are saying. BUT my heart is now sick with tears. I lived with TBN in younger days. Was truly blessed by TBN. Precious GOD in heaven u are talking about the CHURCH here & GOD is coming back for a spotless church. GOD HELP US ALL!!!!!!

Good interview, enjoy Paul Jr. Honesty in talking about his family, valuing the truth. I was at a Benny Hinn Crusade years ago, where they, (Paul Sr. and Benny) anointed and prayed for Paul Jr. to be the successor for TBN.

If was quite obvious that Paul Jr. mom was too intimate with the actor who played JESUS , My husband and i thourghly enjoyed behind the scenes with Paul Jr. and his dad. I will dance and shout if Paul Jr. and Matt reconcile Maybe I will start now. JESUS get the Glory out of this✍🙏

People say a lot about Jan and her wigs and makeup, but there were people that while flipping through channels saw her and stayed to see what was going on.

Paul's brother Matt has closed down the Holy Land, sold Trinity City 's main building to a country singer. Their former studio in Costa Mesa has been sold to a wealthy real estate agent. I also noticed as the years went by since the 1990's Carman and Sandi Patty stopped being guest on TBN. I think Sandi stopped being a guest on TBN in 2005 or 2006. Then Carman stopped all together. I knew Carman was very sick for a long time, but it would have nice if he could have gone back for one more guest appearance. I am a member of The Church of Christ, but I enjoyed listening to Sandi Patty's voice on TBN. While I do not believe in prosperity gospel, I will always be grateful for TBN for showing short Sandi Patty concerts. God Bless - Jason. I don't usually share personal stories on utube but I will say that I went through a trying time of pain and loss and late in the midnight hours all I had to listen to and soothe my pain, my soul was TBN...there were no friends to call or to talk to but TBN kept me the Holy Spirit was always in my bedroom at nights all night I had the tv on until morning. How did matt manipulate his parents we'll never know...paul sr asked benny hinn to see to it that nothing would be changed on tbn but soon after the passing it all changed...

Sorry to say that I saw the program from Israel wherin Matt was anointed as tge bew head of TBN...but never understood why it wasnt Paul Jr...I had thought it was something concerning his first marriage...This is unusual to see videos like this..but Paul was my favorite even though I liked Matt too .. and was happy when he and Brenda were married. Just glad to be seeing them again...❤

It’s July 17, 2024 as I’m watching this. I don’t know how it came in my feed first of all, but I’m so glad I did get to see it and hear this amazing man. I was wondering whatever happened to him after Paul Sr., passed. It seem as if everything shifted in TBN drastically and I wasn’t sure weather something was happening behind the scenes, but now I can see that whatever I was perceiving, it was really the chaos that was transpiring at the network. We might have not seen physically all that was going on, but something was definitely oozing like a bad infection. I understand even more now what it’s going on at TBN in the present day and it’s scary. They’ve gone MAGA CHRISTIAN NATIONALIST full blooded! So has Daystar and other Christian networks. A lot of the preachers I used to watch like Samuel Rodriguez, Rod Parsley, Jetzen Franklin, I don’t listen to anymore. If I want to watch those who I considered have not gone astray, I look them up on RU-vid and listen from there, but I don’t support these MAGA networks. It’s not Godly and they just saws division instead of unity. I’m glad I found out about this because it only confirms my doubts about TBN. The vision God had given the founders of TBN were legit and Godly, until it wasn’t. That’s what lots of money and a some “power” can do to a move of God if we allow those things control us. Sad to hear all what happened to his daughter and how this family got divided and so broken. I pray there will be reconciliation one day, before Jesus’ return. Great podcast. I had always wondered what happened to you paul Jr. This is so sad to hear. I started watching TBN,In the early 1980's.im a preacher now and I got a lot of many good messages from tbn.

Back in the early 60s Paul and Jan became Youth Pastor at my church. Also Paul's brother in law Bernard Riddings became our Senior Pastor. At that time Paul was fantastic. My church was in Muskegon, Michigan. After about two years I think Paul and Jan moved to California.

Been years since I watched TBN ,when I was bed ridden, that's all I would enjoy watching Division in our family of 7 siblings has been a painful experience, that brought me even closer to our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus,. Intercession is an isolating position Paul Jr, your position has been a calling, Be of great courage, the narrow road,,will continue to have a blessed harvest, SHALOM, peace be with you, and yours,,,AMEN

Every family has drama unfortunately the Crouch Family has it broadcast. Jan had her thing but my daughter wrote her a letter calling her pink lady hair,she wrote back telling her how much Jesus loved her and he would always be there for her and a autographed picture with her pink hair. ❤❤❤

Well I watched TBN for a few years. That's how I came back to the Lord. It was a prophecy show that aired on your station. Then, I watched TBN all the time! Maybe around 2004 I stopped watching it, but it helped me through this huge transition the Lord made in my life! I mean, the Lord used TBN to do tjis huge transition, a 360 really. My life is not the same. I loved it!

Millions of dollars giving in good faith to God's glory put in the pockets of greedy people

I’m just catching this program in July 2024. So many families mine included are such a mess through no fault of our own. Sometimes we have to choose our relationship with God over our families of origin. We didn’t choose to have the parents we got stuck with.

Give it All to God. God knows the end of everything.

Don't know Matt but seems arrogant but Paul jr is more humble

I think most second born children (I am one myself) go through the challenge or test of whether to supplant the first born. It is important you don’t betray and treat your older sibling badly even as you still remain loyal to your parents and do what is right. May God help us all.

Ya know, Matt was the logical Face of the TBN, as he was comfortable in front of the Camera and Paul the Tech guy behind the scenes. Paul the Senior had intended that the sons should work together....as a team

This shows everyone that all humans are imperfect, and we must repent on a daily basis. I the world we live in God is bringing us to repentance so the holy spirit can bring the world together. It not good bring up past hurts and forgive them and move on! We are all flawed people!

Hard lesson! When 2 believers are at odds with one another who is right? Neither party! It grieves Him when we are at one another. Satan is the accuser of the brethren. Don’t partner with him. I am sorry to say Matt didn’t impress me. I am old now and when tbn was on after I got home from work until it went off I watched . I pray God reviews all truths. I can’t never understand greed . I felt like Paul crouch Junior should have taken over TBN not Matt Crouch. I always felt like that there was something wrong with Paul crouch Sr he was just too hateful and so was Jan. Unfortunately I said that in their studio and somebody picked it up with a recorder and told l Paul Senior what I said. He openly confronted me from the stage and insulted me. Many people didn't realize what it was going on but I knew exactly what he was doing. I think he had done that many times to other people who came into the studio that he didn't like. I wanted to talk to Paul Junior with his mother at one of the studio shows but I didn't know how Paul Junior felt about me. He was talking about me to his mother from the stage but he didn't speak to me personally. Jan recognize that I had a gift to sing I think she was telling Paul Junior that. Satan was in everything back in those days and he let people hear things they shouldn't have been repeated and made people think things that weren't true. I realize now you have to deal with some people that you don't particularly think are that Christian just to get your foot in the door. I knew something was wrong with Paul Crouch Sr. It wasn't that hard as a spirit-filled Christian to see that he had a problem. I'm glad you finally expose Paul Crouch Sr as an alcoholic. He broke a lot of people's hearts with his hateful bullying and interfering with the Holy Spirit. Paul Crouch Sr became very arrogant. I believe Paul's Junior is the true Christian of that family. I wish I could have had a chance to talk to him and work with him. I really felt like the Holy Spirit was going to use me at that time it would have been fantastic I think. Matt was a radical and he even referred to Christians as Church types.
