He's not though is he. He is rated by those who rate him and anyone who uses the word underrated is the one doing his rating down. So pack it in. Tell us you rate him instead of how he is the other word.
And where are you now lol. Drugs, lost your mates, no qualifications, babies, responsibilities ?? 🙂 Hope it's all worked out in life for you my friend ?
@@AndreA-ke2id Old and content. Not too many regrets looking back. Run 2 small businesses and work for a Homeless Charity with the option of moving abroad later on and chilling, so all good, thanks for the concern :)
The last time I saw these two together was on that very stage, it was early on the Sunday morning in 1986, I was down the front, badly hungover and desperate to get home to watch the big game on tv later that evening. They were as brilliant as ever that day, so good to see them back together, albeit very briefly.
Wonderful musician and a wonderful fellow. The generosity and humility of this guy is so genuine - the causes he supports, where he puts his money, even the house he lives in.
It’s actually shocking the amount of people that don’t know that Norman Cook was a successful musician many years before he became a DJ. One of the biggest British bands of the 80’s and various other short lived bands after the Housemartins. I was more shocked when he became Fatboy Slim, can still remember him being referred to as “the housemartins bass player” for many years before the name Fatboy Slim stuck.
Thank you so much guys. Sounding great. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did? You have achieved so much since the Housemartins but nice to see you together again. Norman switching the effortlessly from 303 to bass guitar. London 0 Glastonbury 4 (or is that 2?). 😃

That took me back to my teenage years - THE HOUSEMARTINS London 0 Hull 4 - We had a video jukebox down our local pub in East London & We had that song on repeat - Happy days in happy hours..
such a fun stage invite. on the flip side, would have loved to see Chumbawamba coming out to Glasto to sing their hit, Tubthumping. a truly huge singalong song. come & do one for us someday.
Theres another half dozen songs of Heatons Glastonbury segment on this BBC YT channel but they're locked and unavailable to anyone trying to access from the UK....The people that FUND this fkn corporation!!!!! Rest of the world can watch them. Just us that can't. No wonder an ever increasing number of people refuse to pay the licence fee. They can add me to that number from today!!!
Most underrated singer/songwriter thought his was one of the best sets all weekend, met them both back in the day with the Housemartins bloody funny too
