I'm glad that funding had nothing to do with the quality of performance. The youths gave everthing that they had and it was profitable indeed. Let's keep on encouraging them though and attend their concerts.
wonderful concert....so sad that there weren't many people in the audience..these days great music is just not popular at all...in fact, the ONLY reason the major orchestras survive is because of grants...if they had to depend on ticket sales they could not survive at all
