Paul Keating goes on an ‘abusive rant’ about Opposition’s nuclear energy plans 

Sky News host Chris Kenny says former prime minister Paul Keating reverted to his other well-known characteristic, which is “sharp personal abuse” when discussing the nuclear energy debate.
Mr Keating has issued an explosive response to the Opposition’s nuclear energy plans, claiming it was driven by “manic denialism” of climate change.
“Keating’s statement about nuclear even had an abusive heading, labelling Peter Dutton a climate denialist and peddler of danger, making him sound like a pantomime villain,” Mr Kenny said.
“Really, Dutton is the first political leader, Liberal, National, Labor or Greens, to provide a plan to get to net zero that is actually plausible under proven technology, and Keating says that’s denialism?
“And the abusive rant continued ... this typical Keating invective just doesn’t make sense.”
