Spot on... he's singing a lot more gently than before. I had voice issues a few years back (I'm an unknown professional musician) and took some proper advice from a coach. It saved my life... approaching the higher notes carefully instead of just going for them and forcing it.
Too bad he charges around $800 for a ticket. Ringo on the other hand is very reasonably priced. You can get reasonably priced Stones tickets too. But Paul tickets are outrageously expensive. You can buy a cruise to the Caribbean from NYC for less (literally).
@@MrBeatlematt That's extremely unusual. His tickets are the most expensive on average of any currently touring act at around $850 USD. You typically can't get nose bleed seats for under $300.
@@b.g.5869 that's only the case of resale, or what Ticketmaster now calls platinum seats, all 40+ shows I've been to, the general price range is typically $29-$299. But yes you will commonly see platinum tickets, just avoid those and wait for the regular prices to appear
@@MrBeatlematt I don't know where you live but I go to shows all the time and know how to get the best prices on tickets and am well aware that there are shows where tickets range wildly in price from around a hundred to several thousand. I've seen most of the iconic classic rock bands and have been looking for McCartney tickets whenever he's come around the past few years and he is the only show where there are never any reasonably priced tickets. Ticketmaster isn't just a reseller by the way and you actually can often get much better deals on tickets from reseller websites. In any event you can look it up. McCartney tickets are the highest average price at around $850 USD. The Stones average price is reportedly quite high as well but the difference is you can still get decent seats at a reasonable price. I've never seen McCartney tickets for a reasonable price. Also, when you say you've seen 40+ McCartney shows, over what kind of time frame are we talking about? Because if you're going back decades that average doesn't really mean anything because ticket prices have risen exponentially in recent years. The lowest ticket price I've seen in the US for his 2023 tour was around $216 for nosebleed seats but at the venues near me I've never seen anything under $300.
