Paul McGann Title Sequence|12th Doctor Version] REMASTERED 

Originally suggested by MemeGuy127, this was one of my best intros, however it still had kinks to sort out. I read all the comments and took into account the constructive criticism and came out with this. I hope you like it better than the last one.
Change log:
-Fixed the black area before the clock opening
-Added more 12th Doctor Vortex aspects
