Kobe wanted to be traded because the lakers were not trying to do any moves like they are trying to do every single-season for Lebron James, and when they finally did do a move and get Paul Gasol. He lost because he trust his teammates to much. they should have got rid of russel last year when they lost to denver. they resigned him. What did russel do? Nothing again the whole series.
