For a few minutes those people just stood there in silence, witnessing a gifted singer brings magic to their life. So many souls touched by that performance. Amazing.
Instead of grabbing my phone, I would sit down, rest my head in my hands (elbows on the table) close my eyes and with a HUUUUGE smile on my face, enjoy that incredible voice and beautiful song.
Just this one song brought these people of all ages together , not fighting, no hating, just listening and watching with joy in their hearts. Well done Mr. Potts- you the man!
Welch bescheidenerer Mensch. Er liebt die Musik aus ganzem Herzen, ohne den Ruhm und den Glanz vor dem Publikum. Das ist genau sein Talent. Die Liebe allein zur Musik und dem was er tut. Meine allergrößte Hochachtung vor Ihm und all den Menschen seiner Mentalität, Art - schwierig das richtige Wort zu finden, um nicht anzuecken. Ich hoffe, Ihr versteht, was ich meine.
Was macht so eine Stimme mit uns, dass wir, verschiedener wir nicht sein könnten, allein von dieser Stimme so dermaßen tief gerührt sind? Die geht so tief rein... Bäääm, voll ins Herz! Der absolute Wahnsinn!
Deine Musik hört man nicht, denn Deine Musik fühlt man. Sie geht mitten ins Herz und stets begleitet mit Gänsehaut und Tränen in den Augen. Sie berührt so viele Menschen egal welchen Alters. Danke dafür .... von Herzen. Und doch bist Du trotz des ganzen Erfolgs Mensch geblieben, der sich seiner Wurzeln bewusst ist und diese weiter lebt.... meine Hochachtung.

Die Stimme von Paul berührt die Seele. Ich sehe ihn immer noch vor als er bei der Talent Show mit machte viele haben ihn fast schon ausgelacht und dann legte er los. Er ist Großartig!!! Einer der wenigen vor denen ich Respekt habe.

My dad's a professor at the Conservatoire de Paris, and he and his friends dream to organize free concerts sometimes in the future for smaller towns. Classical music and operas are not just meant to be sung in a grande auditorium, to wealthier and luxurious audience. All I see here in this video is real joy and happiness this amazing music brings to very ordinary people of all ages. Nothing's more precious or richer than this. i feel second-handed pride and hope as a musician in watching this.
I have watched / listened to this possibly a hundred times over the years. Still the hairs on my neck stand up and Tears well up. Such an emotive singer. You look at the crowd tears awe And pure admiration of one very humble world class singer.
Same with me Sir. I alwats had a goosebumps everytime I watch this video and his other videos as well. He is an amazing singer. Yiu can feel his humbleness while watching his performance..

I've only watched this 100 times or so... my favorite part is how his singing reaches across all of these different age groups. From little boys to elderly women - all captivated by a well done performance.

I remember him from Britain's Got Talent. He was a mobile phone salesman (repairer?). Beautiful voice and good musicianship. And I'm a professional opera singer myself.

Paul Potts is a phenomenon. He's not the greatest singer in the world, but he has captured the imagination, love and respect of millions worldwide, by virtue of his having won a television talent show. Everybody has heard of him now, and to walk into a food hall while people are relaxing and perform this wonderful song, and doing so without fuss, or fanfare, is just awesome. His humility is deeply touching. His performance was breathtaking, and reduced me to tears. Well done Paul.

The acoustics in that mall where perfect for his already excellent voice. He sounded beyond excellent. I especially enjoyed watching that little kid clapping without the parents prompting.
