Derek is still able to sing all the songs! I played drums with his band in the 1990's. He is a great guy and a awesome player, singer songwriter. He was my favorite singer from the 1970's. And I was a KISS freak! Keep rocking Derek!
Awwww... poor Pauly... his voice is shot... I can only imagine it's due to overworking... Mr Stanley is the real talent in KISS, it is heartbreaking to hear him struggle... please take a break brother x
I’m sick of everyone complaining that Paul doesn’t sound the same as he did 30 years ago. Um hello. Who else besides Steven Tyler and a very slim few still sound the same or better than they did 30-40 years ago? Not many. If you don’t like it, then keep listening to Alive! while KISS has just had 44/44 shows sell out on the first leg of the tour.
Never. Paul is / has been my favorite Kiss member (although I love them all) but this is beyond horrible. Hard to believe people paid for this. DSH is one of the greatest vocalists in rock ever and Paul ruins it with his horrendous vocals.
Terje Kjoerlaug WTF?.....All Right Now is Free's most famous song EVER,the ONE Free song most people know.....YOU don't know what you're talking about....
Paul was one of my hero’s growing up. I still love his music but the guy has proven in recent years to being a jackass and self righteous jerk. After how he bashed Eric carr Peter criss ace and others and points fingers at everyone for not being able to hack it anymore it’s kinda justice to see him not being able to sing no more
LMAO Its already been dropped. KISS has generally played in Eb tuning, a half step down from standard 440 E. They now tune down to D and he still can't sing. He pushed himself too hard over the years and its only getting worse as he gets older. What he needs to do, I agree with you, is drop the crazy singing and go back to the basics before he completely shuts his voice down for good.
"1972. I walk into the arena...see these guys and the make up.." is he on drugs? Kiss didn't exist in 72 let alone play arenas. Paul's voice is fucked.
