My brother called me to come over for a few, he said got someone I want you to listen to. I go as I always do when brother calls, we had a great time listening to this music 🎤 We are going to be seeing him and sure hope to meet him here in Decatur, Al April 24th 🎤👍
I've been loving Paul Thorn's music ever since I first heard him on the Delbert McClinton Sandy Beaches Cruise some years ago. I always go to his concerts when he is in my area. His humor is great, his music & voice is fantastic & just keeps getting better with age!
I had the pleasure of seeing Paul live in Santa Cruz, CA about 20 years ago. He is one of the best live performers I have seen. I don't know why he is not more successful.
You'll have to check him out, he has written all sorts of things. This guy is one of the best around. If you haven't already been to one of his shows, you have to go.

I used to have vhs of J Ely, J Prine, G Clark and J Haitt from country music songwriters asn show in chicago, cir 1988, sitting around, Prine "played lets talk dirty in hawaiin", Ely "Gimmie a ride to Heaven boy", Hiatt "when his penis came between us", G Clark "desperado waiting for a train", all humorous except Clark, showtime aired in a a series hosted by Herbie Hancock, J Haitt had the best story leading in and it took a while for the crowd to catch on! watch it if you ever come across it!
