This was my youth! I was dancing the whole night on the boxes of the club. Now i‘m 48 years old but I feel the same: Freedom, happiness.. but there is no club😂. Is anyone dancing? The last few clubs I went to- in the USA- everyone was standing around filming, taking selfies, live-streaming. Everyone was watching the show, interacting with their phones. I pray that other places in the world are not like that. The value of this music and these shows is the vibe of the audience, the togetherness, the movement. It’s like a mass consciousness. If no one is dancing, if people are involved in their phones, if no one is present, it may as well be a movie. Clubs should take people’s phones at the door.

PvD, what an absolute legend. This set is what he used to be all about in the 90's and early 2000's. Had one of the best nights when he played The Cross in London NYE 1998 and dropped his remix of Flaming June whilst I was coming up. One of the most incredible experiences of my life at that time. He had the whole place in awe. Make the most of him whilst you can. Pretenders like Tiesto only wish they were PvD!!

I've been listening to PVD for 2 decades. I can say that since the issue of "From then on" and launch of Shine-ibiza, his music has again became much more "trancy", as it was in the early 00s, and I definitely love that. Thank you Paul. Thanks to Transmission festival for keeping the format of the event and inviting such DJs.

Tiesto, especially his early stuff was blissful Trance music. He followed the industry of just pumping out too much at once and going with the flow and moving away from trance. Whereas, PVD has always been Trance. He has this ability to keep his Trance energy throughout the decades which keeps us Trance lovers happy. pvf I'd the very definition of Trance music. Interesting fact, if you Google the definition of Trance, there is a pic of pvd with a huge smile and a thumbs up😀👍

Oh my GOD....tears are running down....this is not true...how did this happen in Prague during all this pandemic and I was not aware of this? Paul is a true master...ever been, but the magic he does here is literally out of this world: he touches classics, enhances them to 25+ years but he keeps this brilliant clear and simple sound of the 90s....THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! Thank you so much for putting this here online!

Es gibt keinen sympathischeren DJ als THE LEGEND Paul van Dyk!!! Jedes Lächeln, jeder Hüpfer, jedes Winken passiert nicht für die Show sondern aus der tiefen Leidenschaft zu seiner Musik.
