My plan is to take long styles that I have already reviewed and then take the time to do a few different up-do's and explain/show how to do it. ... I will also try and do a slower tutorial and just not a full review. I try to keep the videos 15 min or less so it gets a little challenging to fit everything in! lol 😍😄👍
So . . . my thoughts are this: Because of your spunk, humor, relatability and creativity, you have really emerged as a very valuable and educational wig resource. Your videos never get old. New wig wearers have ongoing issues with the "bird nest" -- I am thinking you'd attract even more traffic if you put "permatease" and "bird nesting" (LOL) in your search topic (if you've not already done so) and perhaps even add it or a variation of it in your title. There is such a stigma against women with thinning hair, balding heads, and wig wearing that is just awful! I always change the part. U can move it over left or right side. I trim the bangs a bit too. I think its great for the low price. I always shake my wigs alot before i wear em. Great review, thanks. 😁🥳👍 i knew u would luv Valentina, shes great. !

Is there anything you can't do with a wig? I mean you took a very shiny wig (I'd have freaked out if I got her home) and made it look like your hair, then styled it and made it even cuter! You scared me first on the root spray but yes it works. Does that spray not rub off on your hands or does the dry shampoo help. You say 1 year of wearing wigs I am I think 🤔 1 month. Wigs are so expensive and I realize owning more than one so they last longer. How do you handle the tangly at the nape? I have two wigs from a local that caters to women of color and one was barley saveable because I jumped on having a big curly one but it doesn’t do good for me. My first one was 130 dollars it was better then the 36 one haha but then I bought a Paula and the quality was better . I just wish these wig companies would show all the hair color options. Hi April, thanks so much for joining me here, I'm so happy to meet you! 🤗💗... so yes, while I'm working with the root spray and tinted dry shampoo it does get on my hands while I'm playing with the hair in the video but it washes off very easily. As for the hair, if you feel like you make a mistake, just wash it off right away with a washcloth or a quick soak in the sink. After it's been on the hair for a while, it tends to pretty much stay even after washing. Occasionally I will do a touch up if needed. I, too, messed up with some cheap wigs at first and made a bunch of stumbles and wrecked a few wigs. Finding Paula Young was a life saver for me as I feel like the quality is really good, their caps are super comfortable and the hair is beautiful! If you join the PY Fan Page on FB, they post coupon codes all the time for discounts at Paula Young and her sister site Wig.com. Also, check in the description as I posted a code for Valentina and you can get her for just $29.99 ... Not gonna lie, I hated it I thought it looked like barbie doll hair but you literally slayed that wig and even turned it into a rooted wig, LOL! It was amazing to watch! 👍
Hahaha Thanks so much Yvonne! Many synthetic pieces are super shiny out of the box due to the coating they put on the fibers to keep them from drying out in the box. I like to show the quick version of fixing that with these videos, it’s so fun to play with pretty hair! 💕🤗👍

My plan for a future video is to take a style I've already reviewed but use a new one and then just show that portion of how I modify it, root spray, dry shampoo, comb out permatease, etc. 🥰😊👍

Yes, I think that Valentina will hold up just as well as your Gayle wigs. Each night when I take off my wig, I spritz underneath at the nape with Wig Conditioner (brand of choice) and use a wide tooth comb to comb out. Then I hang upside down until ready to wear next. If you want to keep it shinier longer you may want to go lightly on the dry shampoo and root spray. I don't use much any more as I think the shine looks like a healthy shine! lol 😂 I think it's the buildup of product that can be hard on our wigs. With a little TLC they can last a long time! 💖😊👍

I purchased from paula young wigs shop Everly simular to wig you styled..It looks good you help me so much. I have a question Everly is a cheap wig 29.99 putting it up & hair do you show it wants to tangle. I got it up. Looks pretty good for the first time I had my iPhone in bathroom watching you how you styled your you can run your fingers threw. Got any suggestions how stop tangling. Hi Carol, thank you so much, I'm so happy to hear that you're finding my videos helpful! So the longer wigs, and especially, curlier ones do tend to tangle at the ends and/or underneath due to the friction from rubbing up against your clothes. For the most part if if still looks presentable (on the outside) I will leave it alone and then just comb out with a wide tooth comb at night and spritz with a little Simply Stylin Silk Spray (underneath at the nape) and comb thru again. I then hang upside down until next time I wear it. Otherwise, if it's really bugging me, I have a wide tooth comb in my purse and I'll comb out underneath a time or two throughout my workday. Its a chin strap goes under chin and clip on each side of wig style and it don't move you comb & brush. And after get through styling just unclip. I really like it. ❤
The wig came out great. But then again you are the wig whisperer. But.... I am so proud of you for telling your boss and some others. Good for you. You now can change up whenever YOU want to. Also I ordered Ashlee and it’s due tomorrow. My first wig that I bought was Godiva Secret Wigs and then Jon Reneau. All of them suckers went back. My head shape just didn’t work and the caps were to big. Any advice on making the cap fit right? I hope the wig coming will be decent for me to play with and wear. At least the price was good. awww thanks Jenny! lol 🥰😘 ... So for the cap, I always wear a velvet wig grip underneath my wigs and the nice thing with the PY wigs is the velcro adjusters so you can cinch those in if it's too big. I also will occasionally add a couple bobby pins in the back at the nape going under and up the wig grip and the wig together for just a little extra security, like if it's windy and I'm going to be outside! You will love Ashlee, she was my first and I ended up with 4 of her because I loved her so much! 🥰😊👍
