Join us as we spend the day at one of the best family theme parks in the UK! Paultons Park first opened in 1983 and has since grown to include a fantastic variety of family rides and attractions such as the very popular Peppa Pig World. In this vlog we take you on board the many different rides at the park including 5 different roller coasters! We explore the Lost Kingdom themed area of Paultons Park along with watching the new summer beach party show and much more!

I loved this park as a kid! It's strange to see how far it has come. I remember when the cat-o-pilar was the runaway train and then the stinger. The wind in the willows is now the burrow. I remember there was a ride called the flying saucer but I called it the octopus. It's funny to see some of the old rides are still there such as the teacups and the train. So many memories!

I've not been to Paultons but the thing that struck me the most in this vlog is just how clean the entire park looks, the bigger parks in the UK could learn a lesson or two with Paultons. Honestly I feel like they're only a large rollercoaster or well themed dark ride away from being a real thorn in Merlins side.

I have just passed my driving test and also starting up a theme park channel and going to all theme parks soon. I have only ever been to American adventure and Alton towers and I'm 28yrs old but since watching TPW I am inspired by you. Thankyou. I hope to meet you all one day.

I've always had a soft spot for these UK parks. There's something humble about them, and they haven't got that over the top tackyness like a lot of the parks in continental Europe.

My Local, season ticket holder for the last 3 years, Love the place si much, been going since I was a kid, I'm 33 now ... I do think they need a dark ride, a better water ride and a small GCI Woodie then it really would be complete!

We love Paultons Park and it is definitely the best "none Merlin" theme park in the UK !! Like I said at Chessington, get yourself to the smaller family parks as they are quieter and walk on rides !! We ended up going to Thorpe on the same day and it was rammed as usual

Coaster Crazy I went last week and it was my first time and your definitely right this park is the best theme park to me it's just outstanding I just traveled from Newcastle just for Paultons park and I really want to live there it's awesome

Coaster Crazy strange experience there as someone who lives pretty much 15 minutes from both of the parks I find chessington, stupidly busy as it is a family park but I feel like it's a little bit run down and needs some maintenance done to it. But with Thorpe park it attracts more of those who are active workers and so I don't find it as busy because of it and some rides you can wait 10 minutes and just walk onto an intense coaster!

I love how most of the Zierer family coasters have themed front cars like Green Scream, Barnstormer and the one at Paulton Parks.

Have to agree the theming is excellent at peppa world and lost Kingdom, always super clean too. Alton towers are so behind this park theming wise.

Great video Shawn, Paultons is only about 30 minutes from where I live, but I have never been as I thought it was just for the young ones. Thank you for opening my eyes to it. It looks like an immaculately kept park and I will definitely take a visit there :)

Paultons is certainly a loverly family park and it's great to see them continuing to develop and progress. The 2018 additions look interesting and sound like they fit in perfectly. Lost Kingdom is one of my favourite UK themed areas.

I've commented on many Paultons park Vlogs on RU-vid how I believe it won't be long before they invest in a major thrill ride. Over the last few years the age demographic of the park has risen slightly with each new addition. So fingers crossed because when they do and the standard they do theming, Merlin will have to up there game. Which can only be a good thing for all of us.. Great Vlog as always guys.👍🏻

I'm not sure if you've noticed, but on flight of the pterosaur the seats swing very slowly, when they come to the station at 5:32 you can see the seats are tilted even in the station and then slowly resume. In the POV that follows you can see the slight motion as well.

Last time I went to Paulton's Park was in the 80's when I wasn't even 10. They didn't have any rollercoasters back then. It's weird to see how different it is now, it's like it's a proper theme park now!

Very vaguely. All I can really remember is a dark tunnel you could walk into (which was scary as a wee lad) and remote controlled boats which I wasn't allowed to have a go on because it cost extra! I used to live in Romsey so it was literally down the road but we rarely went. Whatever happened to their "It's a Hoot Hoot!" slogan? Do they not do the owl thing any more?

I love the kids themed lands when I was young we had wiggles, and a cheap Thomas land but now the parks got so immersive Edaville Thomas Land is amazing, Paultons peppa pig world,and so much more!If it wasnt for themeing many parks wont do so good.it's a shame america cant really do themeing the only other themepark is Edaville. BTW Sixflags doesnt count they cant really theme.

When Charlote went on that Jumping Bean drop Tower I went on The Drop Tower at Twin lakes that is 3x as tall and I was 8 when I rode it and I hated those rides but I still rode it

Finally went for the first time last week, and was really impressed! Cobra, Velociraptor and Flight of the Terrasaur are 3 solid family coasters, and the park's cleanliness was outstanding; I've never seen a theme park that's so clean! Very expensive though (£123 for a family-of-four ticket), but i would definitely visit again! PS; which day did you go on?
