Instead of Mine Collapse I recommend you try Dead || Gone, which (incredibly) for purposes of cascade has CMC = 4, the sum of both sides. Instant speed shock for the riffraff and bounce for golden glittery figures.
I watch these and it makes me want to force reanimtor so hard. Im messing around with the turbo rakkdos, and slower dimir version right now. But this seems cool too. Sadly the fomat is just so hard on these archetypes
I agree with your conclusion, Reanimator is just not good in Pauper. Unfortunately the reanimation targets aren't so impactful compared to the general power level of the format. I was wondering if you ever played Goblin Combo in Pauper, it's one of the best combo decks in Pauper, it seems odd you never touch it in your videos.
It’s always easy to comment later, but maybe on G1M3 you could have played the 2 spirit guides and get lands up to 6 to buy you some time and enable you hard cast the biggies or further reanimations. But maybe it was lost anyway.
Ah again the mass black removal decks :(. Have you tried foil? On paper it looks like foil+fire/ice+snuff out is the interaction package for this archtype and meta this deck needs

Thanks for replying. I don’t think you ever directly compare the ‘Living End’ deck to Reanimator in your most recent video. I really like your videos and the tools you create for magic players who like combos. I’ve watched the other videos, and all of your videos go through a league. But, there isn’t comparative analysis. Hence, the question. What are the circumstances that this is better or worse? You don’t need to answer of course, but that is content I’d find interesting and useful.
