Just a suggestion: Rather than adding artificial food colouring, you can use beet root. It gives the colour as good as the artificial colouring but probably it is much healthier.
This recipe is so good, best thing about it is your can change it up so easily. I used lentils today instead of potatoes and it worked perfectly. Sometimes I'll use carrots or other vegetables lying around.
Hi, I came across your website while searching for a pav baji recipe and I tried it out. I’m new to cooking so I don’t know a lot and I’m newly married and in a joint family where women cook. My bhabhi wasn’t there today, generally she knows all the recipes and I was freaking out about the cooking because I’ve never made pav bhaji before. I followed your recipe and omggg everyone loved it! I could hear my husband’s friends saying it’s damn good, bohot hi achi bani hai again and again.. you literally saved me from alot of embarrassment today ❤️😅 I made a few modifications though about which I was a bit unsure, I added carrots to this recipe. It still turned out great!

Pav bhajji is my favorite dish. Whenever I have street food, I used to save bhajji so I can 8 pairs of extra pav... But in USA it's hard to find these even in restaurants, but if they are then very expensive. Now I can make this at home. Thank you so much...😋😋😋

For us North American people here: Capsicum is actually just bell peppers! In this case, she's using green bell peppers. The masala powder is a mix of spices a bit more complex than basic garam masala. You can find the list online.

I tried this as I had all ingredients ready. Without adding cauliflower - I had a doubt how it would taste. In fact it was delicious and simple to cook. I added ginger garlic paste as we like that flavour. Thanks for this.

Add Beetroot for colour in pav bhaji to avoid food colour.. . Gives awesome red colour.. Yet no change in taste.. Ps. : Yummy and easiest recipe by hebbars kitchen☺
