It was about time I got my haircut! Hair Quarters in Pavilion Mall were the best! I really enjoyed my time there and it definitely won't be my last. It was also very fun to experience Pavilion Mall for the first time, and during Ramadan! The decorations throughout the mall were very beautiful.

Everything at the pavilion is expensive because the shop rent is also expensive, it is better to shop outside which is much cheaper

Hair cut only costs RM13 (thirteen) ringgit in other barber shops. Just Google.

Usually all barbers in Malaysia must put up their price list.. hence you can choose either an expensive professional hair cut or a reasonably normal price haircut.
