$200 for a green screen, harness and wires is a fair price, but pawn shops can't accept deals with criminals, as all space agencies are entirely fraudulent stealing tax money.... not to mention is bad reputation selling known fakes.

He'll give you $200, because of you're not back in 90 days, he's figuring $100 loss. So he still makes $100.

Folks can call pawn shops "low ball" but they're there for fast cash and will give you 50 to 60% of the value of the item. People forget as a business they pay taxes on the value of everything they sell in addition to normal structural coat (labor, electricity, insurance, heat, facilities). If you want or need fast cash it works, if not sell it yourself. For high dollar items folks always think auctions are the way to go and while that might be true, for the average guy you've gotta find the right auction and know you'll pay 20-30% fees. Moreover if you put a reserve on the item and it doesn't sell you may very well be on the hook for the cost incurred by the auction house.
