Sometimes they overdo it but technically speaking any sale is a risk the higher the price. Gold and silver for example are never ever a risk. Unless a gold meteor hits earth.

As a former state officer who has worked for several decades now and has been a huge fan of this channel for years and years since yesterday I have been made aware that his keys have been stolen by his own personal property for a long time with him in a Hotel room still with his vocal body arrives home to see his wife and daughter tonight at their wedding reception.

What he paid for it has nothing to do with the value. He should get the value regardless. First Rick says "I'm the one taking the risk here", then he says "its a pretty sure thing with Babe Ruth".
