That dude ended up selling it for $6,200 a few days later... It was on the wall of Max Pawn and was Certified by the PSA... So I think Rick needs to find friends that are more skilled with this stuff

I've heard that appraiser falsified his credentials and did some shady stuff as well multiple times to the point where I've taken notice but not really cared to follow the links commentators have provided.

They are not. These people have their own reputations to protect. While giving Rick an appraisal, they will give him a true, and accurate price (within reason - no one is 100% perfect). Now, what they do in their own businesses is different.
