Paxlovid - How Does It Work?
Pfizer's Paxlovid is made of two products. Ritonavir and PF-07321332 are two components of this drug. PF-07321332 is a protease for viral 3CL-Pro. While Ritonavir helps reduce the metabolism of the proteases to increase the life of this drug.

TT M I don’t know, but it may not have anything to do with your blood type, but more to do with the needle /syringe not being aspirated. Perhaps the drug went into a blood vessel and not muscle as suppose to be. Just a consideration.

@@Grace-Upon-Grace Ya, I learnt that from Dr. John Campell videos. But if two people got it with the same method from the same nurse but different body reaction, raises a question mark. It is also FDA approved for human use, just not use regarding Covid-19. (Shhh. Called Ivermectin) It is wonderful at decreasing inflammation in blood vessels which was much needed in Delta...my doctor prescribed it, India has it in their Covid kits, Japan has used it for the benefits. Extremely cheap. Dr. Been caught some flake more than a few times for discussing it. YT gets ridiculous because they are so so closed minded and not willing to consider alternative treatments. The good thing about protease inhibitors is that they target an enzyme in cytoplasm rather than the spike protein on the surface of the virus. Therefore is doesn't matter how many mutations the S-protein has (in other words, which variant of the virus we're dealing with) - the 3CL-protease will be the same in all of those variants. That's because any significant mutations to the protease gene would likely cause the enzyme to no longer function. Therefore the drug should affect the enzyme, no matter which virus variant. For me, the main concern is what would happen if paxlovid ends up inhibiting human proteases (e.g. our own chymotrypsin) in addition to the viral ones. Nobody has answered that question for me yet.

🗽 WHO tells the virus to replicate ??? Waht is the driving force? For me that looks like a miracle. Dr. Mobeen, please explain. .
@slavecek
@slavecek 2 года назад
The virus just abuses the way our cells are programmed: The cell's ribosomes essentially "have to" translate any and each strand of m-RNA that they encounter. If they see a messenger that encodes a protein, the ribosomes will produce that protein. Normally, an uninfected cell will regulate which proteins should be synthetized, so that not all cells produce all possible proteins: This is done inside the cell's nucleus by determining which genes get transcribed from DNA into m-RNA. Once that m-RNA leaves the nucleus and passes into the cytoplasm, it's up for grabs by any ribosome. And because the virus injects its own m-RNA directly into the cytoplasm, a ribosome will just grab it and translate it, because that's the only thing the ribosome can do. Once the protein (specifically, the pp1a or pp1b polyproteins, as shown in Dr. Been's video) has been synthesised, that's where the 3-CL protease comes in and cleaves it into the smaller, functional proteins that will eventually from themselves into new viral particles.

@@slavecek Thank you, it is really astonishing, how the cell produces the complete virus. It is not only a protein, it's a whole structure! And I cannot imagine what is a ribosome, what is the molecular structure of this biliogical machine. Who builds it? Who builds the machine which builds everything in the cell ??

@@teressastuckey If you think you need two vaccine doses, four boosters , a n N95 mask and an oral antiviral to contain a respiratory virus, this makes you the perfect victim for a scam. But glad you defeated the virus then. It will come back , because its a seasonal virus like flu and the common cold.

@@teressastuckey There are no oral antivirals for the common cold and no oral antivirals for the flu. But this people make you pay 500 bucks for something that has a huge percentage of rebound.
