I feel you. It's even worse on IC, DD, Uber, Grubhub etc. Every place I go (my old go to's). There's tons of illegals or newly legal crossovers from other states waiting. Shoppers with kids and whole families. Africa , Middle East, Central America etc. And nooo English. They can barely communicate to stores or customers. Really sad. They snatch up everything. $3 for 20 miles, no problem lol.
Im so glad i watched ur video because my branch this week was kinda low in payment ($900) because i missed 2-3 days😅so when it came thru as almost $1,200-$1,300😮i was thinking its a glitch n wat if branch takes it out of my check next week i was so confused!!!! I knew they weren't paying all the tips. I tirelessly called about it. I called about other things as well. I've been deactivated since last August. Now the crazy part is that my husband and I were chatting about spark, yours and og Kevo's channels. Hubby asked me why do I spend time still thinking about it? I'm invested that's why. I told him something is going on that we aren't aware of... below the surface. That conversation was at around 9:30am. By 12:30 I see your community post about the money they "owe" drivers. Now I've been deactivated for more than 6 months and still received close to $60. They also sent me another message telling me that I can appeal the deactivation. Been there already though. They never even gave me a reason as to why they did it in the first place. So no thanks, I've moved on from the stress of wondering why. I'm just spectating and watching for the outcome at this point.
I used to do pet sitting in Vegas for about 3 yrs. full time. The heat was horrendous. I got 31. for an adjusted credit. I wonder if Spark was trying to avoid a lawsuit about stealing tips.
I delivered my neighbors order one day. She said she paid thru Paypal and left a tip. But there was no tip on the order in Spark. So maybe this is part of what the "system error" was that Spark is paying us for
Cause they are stealing the tips and now they got caught and they don't want to go to court so they paid up some...all these companies steal tips cause they know you will not approach the customer and ask what they gave you...
Seems like they fixed the bot problem in my market. But another group of invaders rolled in this week. No joke have 11 standing around in the lot as I write this
I barely make 100 with sparking, in my area 11 locations and I can barely get a order, my metrics are in the green, but there's a bunch of illegal activities in my area and it's the Walmart employees
The reason why your money is short on most of your trips is because the scammers are adjusting they're pay so it's taking away from yours thats why it you have 12 scammers adjusting the pay it's alot of money being stolen

Fuck Walmart they deactivated me for no damn reason Monday afternoon after almost two years and 1300 deliveries did nothing wrong at all I appealed it but we all know how that goes but they just royally screwed me .
