This is a video tutorial by IFMS Cell (HRMS Module) on Pay Fixation.
Video Tutorials on Pay Fixation will be done in some parts as this is a vast topic and it may not be possible to cover every aspect in one tutorial video. Hence this tutorial is to be treated as Part - I.
In this tutorial, the functionality of Pay Fixation on HRMS has been shown step by step.
With the help of an example, the pay fixation of an employee having been awarded with Functional Promotion after pay revision of ROPA 2019 has been elaborated.
Same procedure is to be followed if instead of functional promotion , the Career Advancement Scheme or CAS is awarded after the pay under ROPA 2019 has been revised.
Watch out for an another video on Pay Fixation shortly.

Sir, Pay Fixation খুব ভালো করেই বুঝিয়েছেন ।কিন্তু promotion দিতে হলে তার আগে অনেক পরিবর্তন করতে হয় DDO ও HOO end এ । এটা নিয়ে যদি এই রকম ভিডিও বা Total Process টা বলে দেন তাহলে খুবই ভাল হয়। কারণ সরাসরি Fixation করতে গিয়ে designation change হচ্ছে না annexture-C তে এবং DDO end এ।

পে আপগ্ৰেডেশান হবে ১২/৯/২০১৬ থেকে ,লেভেল নং ১৪ থেকে ১৫ তে। বর্তমানে লেভেল ১৪ তে বেসিক পে ৪৬২০০ ,ঐ দিন থেকে HRMS এ কিভাবে আপগ্ৰেডেশান করতে হবে যদি কোনো ভিডিও এর মাধ্যমে দেখানো খুব ভালো হয়

An employee got functional promotion on 07/03/2022 from Level -11 to 14 --G.Pay-- Rs. 4100 to 4700 . How will be his basic pay at present after promotion & 01/07/2022 ? His basic pay Rs 46200/- Level- 11.He opted to get promotion benefits on from 1/7/2022. Pl. Let me know.

প্রোমোশনের ডেট অফ এফেক্ট ২২/০১/২০, কিন্তু ডেট অফ অপশন নিয়েছেন ১/০৭/২০ থেকে। লেভেল চেঞ্জ নেই। সেক্ষেত্রে কি শুধুমাত্র এনুয়াল ইনক্রিমেন্ট ও প্রমোশনাল ইনক্রিমেন্ট - এই দুটি ইনক্রিমেন্ট পাবেন। তাইতো? তিনি কি কোন এরিয়ায় পাবেন? একটু জানাবেন প্লিজ।

When a employee got 16 years MCAS w.e.t from 28.06.2018 vide issued dated 30.06.2020 and he opted to fix his pay w.e.t from 01.07.2018, then how his basic pay be fixed as per ROPA, 2019 & how the arrears for the period of 01.07.2018 to 31.12.2019 be adjusted as per ROPA, 2009? This is urgent, please reply.

An employee got an functional promotion on 16.6.2020 and he opted it from 1.7.2020 but the promotional order has been issued on 25.8.2020, though his normal increment has been started from July'20. Then how the rest fixation will be calculated?

CAS date 16.11.2019 কিন্তু অর্ডার হয়েছে মার্চ 2021, এখন কিভাবে fixation করা যাবে। ROPA 2009, ROPA 2019 দুটি কিভাবে প্রয়োগ হবে।

At first you have to do it by using ropa 09 from initiate pay fixation a. Normal incre b. Promotional incre c. Level change for upgradation d. Difference in GP. After fixing this you have to use Initaitate ropa 19 pay fixation and after completion you have to give him a normal increment through Initaitate pay fixation by selecting Normal Increment. Total 3 orders will be generated

Respected All, With due respect to the chair this is for your kind cooperation my previous Salary delivered through systems before ROPA Basic Pay 10340/+Grade pay 3900/- stand my previous Salary Account not Updatedated.Also my previous salary pending since July 2012 to 15thAugust2012but not delivered through systems Increments, CAS,

Increments CAS also ROPA Option pending also inform you that my previous scale. Also Notional Increments pending LONGER periods. I also inform that option sl.no2also after Increments then needed CAS My employee ID number 2006003589, Date of birth 26/01/1971 Contractual Joining date 25/10/2004,Parmanent Joining from Contractual date 10/7/2006 But 16 years continuous service done but longer period Pending releted work not match as per Updated systems through the Respected DIT, Principal's.
