Odd yesterday I was at my friends house and he was playing WT on the map Japan, and he got killed by you while you were in a plane and he was playing as a STuH 42, and when you killed him I was like "YOU JUST GOT KILLED BY ODD DUDE!!!!"
Being "matched" in battles where one side has all the +1 BR vehicles is pretty common in my experience. Makes "match making" a mockery. By definition it is not "matched" at all. Also when you see one side having multiple teams of "clanmates" or squadrons, talking together over VOIP with the massive advantage that gives you, whereas the other side has none. Surely a competent match maker would take this into consideration and split the "clans" across both sides.
Its the problem with lineups. If a nation has a very strong say 4.7 lineup, most players will gravitate towards it. But, if theres a 5.3 lineup for an opposing nations that is equally popular, the MM will just throw the two together in order to get a game going. This hurts smaller nations the most, on top of the fact they have smaller and fewer lineups to begin with.
@@FreeBurd0620 also effects the bigger nations too. 7.3-7.7 US is a black hole into 8.3 Russia where every man and his dog is running the t55am1 which is better than every tank the US have at those ratings...
@@ThatAusGamer T55AM1 is even effective at 9.3+ matches. Trust me, I play American 9.3 BR at the moment and that thing still wrecks and is at the top many times.
"It's even a little bit better than the BMP-1" You what? It's so much better than the BMP-1! I have an 8 kill, 3 assist, no death game in 9.0 with this thing. It's a beast! I have it in every lineup until 9.0 when it's switched out for the Rad 90.
You played a fast boy. Now please consider playing a slow boy. In fact the slowest boy of them all- the Chieftan mark 3 and as a compliment to its tortoise like speed- the Swift and the 8.3 helicopter. I just grinded it and it feels really good most of the time. Do many bounces!!!

This thing COULD be considered Pay 2 Win ONLY if Germany had any other 6.7 tanks capable of handling uptiers which are extremely common to the point people take them for granted. And since Ru 251 is the only 6.7 tank capable of doing anything in those scenarios since any other 6.7 German tank gets regularly roflpenned even at its own BR, while having subpar handling because of useless heavy armor and in some situations unreliable cannon, I wouldn't consider it P2W. I would say it's the only reliably usable 6.7 tank Germany gets, locked behind a paywall. But hey, any Axis premium that is good is considered P2W because Allies can't handle any actual competition. Even if said competition can be taken out by a frikkin' .50cal. But I guess it's easier to cry "Axis OP, pls nerf" than to get good.
Yeah, i agree, playing 6.7 axis is dumb at this point, the majority of the matches u cant even use half your lineup, that why at that tier i Just play 6.3 italy is way more Fun.
Hi odd! Now that you have played the RU251, can you please play the angery triangle aka the M50? Its one of my favourite tanks, and I promise it wont disappoint, extremely fun to blast a salvo on an unsuspecting enemy. Ps.: if you do, use HESH shells: it can pen basically anything and is much more likely to oneshot.
When they introduced this, it pissed a lot of us Squad battle people off a lot.. was definitely a pay to win tank at the time, as no other tank had this ammo type at this br or tier.. so all of a sudden, our line holding heavies could be penetrated from the front at any range if somone wanted to spend the cash..
It could be worse though, the German heavies at this tier are useless when they get uptiered, where they go against faster tanks with better armor and guns
@@threadworm437 though in squadron battles, there is no up tier, it is tier 4 vs tier 4.. so it was t-29's at the time t-32 was still tier 4, and tiger 2's used with usually a scout flanker... then this monstrosity showed up with its special ammo, and good mobility and killed everything..
Gaijin tends to under-tier premiums unless they’re super cancerous like the IS-6. The Ru251 is only slightly cancerous so it’s still at 6.7 even though it’s very competitive even at 7.7
I have an RU and I will be the first to admit it is op for 6.7. It’s BR makes about as much sense as the German M48 being 7.0 while the American is 7.3. Gaijin is nuts.

German m 48 still has the wrong turret armor(less armor), it is heavier, it can carry less ammo, it has that big butt so it can defend itself if an enemy is in the back cuz it can’t aim the gun lower. Not big differences but it isn’t better.
Fun fact about the RU-251: Is based on the chassis of the mexican platform HWK-30 and after testing and developement in Germany it made possible the developement of the Leopard 1
i dont have the lekpz m41 line researched at all, idk if its worth backtracking and grinding and spending RP to get the m41, or should i get the ru251 currently on sale, is it worth 5k GE? i play arcade too btw idk if it can play to its true potential cuz of arcade..

Come on, at 7.0 your T29 are good dude smh. I'm even using it to 7.7 US lineup. Now imagine an IS-6 with SO MUCH LESS pen than anything in his and below BRs and a turret that MUCH LESS protected than T29 sits at 7.3. Don't forget the 5.7 gun at 7.3 with slowmo turret traverse and reloads longer than skippable youtube ads is painful af, and that open wound poured with salt when constantly facing 7.7-8.3 allied hell lineups.
Tbh the Bulldog is a terrible light tank, its so huge and the gun does no damage, the only good thing about It is that It does not hullbreak, and the jpz for some reason has the same optics as the Leo 1 8x to 16x zoom, and does not have a range finder, playing 6.7 germany is only for masochists you Will never get your BR and u wont even able to use more them half your lineup.
This thing is not P2W. It´s just like a Tiger 1. In the hands of a noob its terrible and in the hands of an experienced and good player its a beast. P2W are choppers and nothing else.
Cent has lolpen APDS and 2 plane stabiliser, doesn't hullbreak and can actually expect to bounce conventional rounds, at least hulldown RU has only HEATFS (lolpen but .. HEAT) and no stabiliser, has hullbreak and can't even bounce a .50 cal. sure, the cent is slower, but by that logic, churchills, BP, T28, etc should be reserve-tier and the Puma playing with MBTs ... I think the biggest drawback of the RU is the lack of stabiliser at that kind of BR with a gun that wobbly - If it got at least a low-speed vertical stabiliser, 7.3 definitely.
can´t see a pay to win issue here. yes its cheap to spawn sure.. but its most likely a one shot. the HEAT-FS dont really splinter anymore at least not the recent times i played it. i got my RU when it came out and have enjoyed some nice battles in it. but still. one hit from something with a nice Juicy APHE and you are toast. if this is somehow called overpowerd and ppl claim it is too good for 6.7 the hellcat should be and 7.0 aswell. its even faster than the RU only difference it dont come with a HEAT-FS
I realy like mine. It's a go anywere and kill any....a no, its not. its a go anywere and die there tank. Most players use it as "rush, cap and die" tank. i don't fly planes, so i try to stay alive most of the time. The combination of firepower, speed and agility lets you punish enemy players for their mistakes. And that is what reflects the hate on it. Who likes it to get blown up, because you reacted a litte to slow or did not reverse far enough? But don't get me wrong. Any mistakes a RU driver makes will get him killed by anything.
