Paya Lebar Airbase Shifting Before 2030 

By now you would have heard about the shifting of the Paya Lebar Air Base, which will free up land for 150,000 new homes.
It will also lift some building height restrictions around it, allowing for the redevelopment of towns such as Hougang, Marine Parade and Punggol.
But the relocation is expected to start in the 2030s, possibly 2032. So, with 8 to 10 years to go, will getting a property around the airbase make sense for you, especially if you wish to make some potential income through investing in property in the vicinity?
