Lol yeah. There is a glitch category but that is for a different bug, so this one is apparently legit

@@Matthew_9762 it's rare to find this glitch...I myself have also encountered tanks driven by police...even though I did not commit any crime at all

@@Kuroshi_89 I have found tanks driven by NPCs on multiplayer, but never on single player. I can only dream of the day when I find one xD

They're a rare spawn, but not impossible. Same with rocket cars and Pug Racer and that sort of thing

Yes.. the heli spawns are rare and I still don't come close to WR with it xd
