No no no they can. Me and my freind tried to stealth(for 1 minute then we went loud) art gallery, then when we killed a gaurd another spawned. Each with their own pagers. Also we were planning on going loud so we did clone army(bulldozers) and overdozed.

I know it's been four years since housewarming but I swear stuff like the weak as hell Goliath shotgun are the reason why there are at least 7+ different rebalance mods for this game.
PSA: The Goliath isn't bad, With shotgun skills it can have 21 rounds in the magazine with a very short reload, with AP Slugs it can one shot head shot shields up to and including mayhem!(But what do i know, I'm the payday equivalent of a silver)
Just wondering... Was the Goliath buffed since then? I'm dumbfounded really. Akimbo Goliaths is like my favourite weapon at this point. Absolutely insane ammo pick up rate, decent damage (especially after Overkill procs), 42 or so ammo capacity. Well enough to sweep the entire room of SWA T, at least at Death Wish
WHAT YOU DID GUD WHAT okay so, let me take back the days: 1 day: one down and mayhem difficulty, this is actually pretty good, except for the part that i'm confused if i can still do the overdrill on mayhem but yeah pretty good 2 day: new safe house, usefull only to check weapons viability, and to do shitty little trophies, and that's all, really 3 day: ugly masks that no one wears 4 day: a shitty throwable (as well as the offshore burner, but since i 'm going to use it when i'll pass infamy it's gud) 5 day: a safe, what do i have to say? a safe with only rare, epic and legendary inside, WHAT DO I HAVE TO SAY 6 day: a new ennemy, really good 7 day: again, ugly mask 8 day: mutators... well some people like, some others don't, what i'd like to see is THE SUPPORT OF WORKSHOP HEIST 9 day: a shitty new weapon, great (sarcasm is sarcasm) 10 day: ONLY ONE NEW OLD HEIST? AND BUGGY AS FUCK? conclusion: better than crimefest 2015, BUT WHAT WOULDN'T BE
