Molotov ticks have a tiny bit of desync so both jugglers don't die at exactly the same frame, which causes problems. Trip mines might indeed solve that issue: I haven't used them too much for friendly fire so I don't know if they'll be perfectly synched, but it's definitely worth trying!

Hey T-Reye! Glad you asked, no worries :) The whole rush goes very fast because as soon as we go in we only have 20s to find the alarm and do a bunch of things, but basically here's how it goes: the 1st ECM that I place is a Tier 2 ECM. This means that it lasts for 25s only, and it doesn't block pagers: this allows us to answer the first few pagers easily, while I go to the alarm box by following its beeping sound. As soon as a 4th pager goes off, someone with Tier 3 ECMs will quickly deploy their ECM, overlapping with mine. This ensures that, as soon as we start juggling, there is only one pager that needs to be dealt with!
Haha! For more "educational" rushes I always make sure to add a section with detailed instructions and descriptions of the roles, but this one was more of a demonstration, so it's understandable that some details were hard to follow. Glad I could clear it up! :)

Maybe it is also possible to do the bag stratergy (where you hide the bag out of reach but in view) The one where the guard is constantly trying to get to a bag he cant reach.
Hey Symmetry! There are indeed some spots where you can use that trick, similar to Counterfeit. The main difficulty is finding a spot that can be seen by the guards inside, but not by the Murkies outside. Thus, we found the cuff approach to be more reliable for this heist :D
Hey Michal! That's in the normal version of the game. If you try to add a scope to your Locomotive, it's the only one that doesn't have a concealment penalty. Let me know if you can't find it! (I can give you the name later, when I'm in the game)

Or as *@Mauer* mentions, you could betray only one of the 2 jugglers, if you play it well. Someone actually brought to my attention that this might have been a better way to do that: with only one juggler left behind, you wouldn't have to worry about the small desync between molotov ticks, increasing the chance of success!
@@Marcmb You've tested that if you kick a heister who is answering a pager, it causes an alarm? Intuitively from a game design perspective I think it would make more sense if the pager time just continued counting down.

We would need to test it, but it's likely that the timing would be the same as the attempt where we custodied them, with the van leaving a couple of frames before we can escape. Can't say for sure without testing though!
I would think for the betrayal, one will keep juggling but the person who's armor breaks, juggles to the next person and waits for there armor to Regen and once you get to the van, kill them And take a shot everytime Bain has said "bodhi needs help" "bodhi is downed" "somebody help bodhi"
Ooh that would've been a very smart strategy if I needed more time to run to the van! We opted to just use Yakuza instead, but something like your suggestion would theoretically give us as much time as needed to extend the juggling until the time of death.

You could technically kick them, to get rid of them... it would be so rude, though! We tried custodying them instead (so they would get at least ~70% of their deserved XP reward) but it didn't work :(

Glad you liked the solution! :D As for the limit, I think it's actually just one... once the 2nd guard realizes that the heister is cuffed, he'll be able to start calling a bit earlier than the 1st guard. The timing is actually very tight: for any of the 64 cuff loops, if I had been just ~0.3-0.4s slower when uncuffing, the guard would already start his phone animation, failing the trick!
@@brylythhighlights4335 Very likely, yup! Looking at it in simple terms, it's the same as pager juggling, except that the guard doesn't need to die. Very powerful!
Marc, what about RPG or similar explosive instead of molotovs? They aren't affected as much as molotovs by animation desync and can kill host on pager and another guy with rpg in the same tick, while 2 others are in escape zone.
That's actually a very good suggestion, Danilkin! It would've solved the problem with molotov desync, because the blast should kill both players on the same frame. I'll check it out, out of curiosity :D
