@@ezquey8037 if you mean the game codes for collectors edition, you'll have to contact support from whoever your respective platform is (sony, xbox, valve). if it's pre order bonuses, rewards for ps5 are coming October 5th.

If you got it on ps5 it's because the pre order bonuses are delayed on that platform, I also pre ordered and only have the clown-phobia mask or whatever right now
