Whole lot of really nice trucks at that show. You seemed to really like the orange KW inside next to the Mack from the amount of footage you showed us.
Not even close, this one uses CNG and a electric motor together with a range of 900 miles and batteries that don't peter out when it's cold, I hope they succeed
G'day Jeff, Glad you had a great time , Sure was some nice rigs on show . The flight sounded interesting too . Looking forward to the upcoming vids . Respect....!
Was glad to meet you at MATS even though you had to chase me down enjoyed our conversation about Shane and everything else hope to see you next year if you come
My friends rubbed it in that I wasn't there. Thanks for doing the same lol 😆 hope you are there next year. We have plans on bringing a big smoker and doing a BBQ and music with our buddies like Tony Justice and a few others. See how it shakes.
I live about 20 minutes from the fairgrounds and was hoping to drop by but I am just swamped with work and have a trip coming up and just couldn’t get there. I had an interesting flight into Louisville once on a Bombardier 190 (I think). We were at about a thousand feet turning for the airport and the pilot (who looked to be about 20 years old) inexplicably cut the throttles and we almost stalled it right into the Ohio river. Everyone gasped in unison and we had to fly runway heading over and past the airport, go around and try again. That plane was as quiet as a tomb until we landed and the flight attendant gets on the p.a. And says: “Well... we made it”. Good times.
Comedian Ron White said he was flying on a little commuter plane with a guy that was a "nervous nelly type" and the pilot came over the intercom and said " we've had a little trouble with one of the engines.. we're going to turn around" and the nervous guy said "oh my God.. how far will the one engine make it?!!" And Ron said..."All the way to the crash site"... Hell we'll probably beat the Paramedics and first responders there by a good 30 minutes or so!"
@@Jpaydirt LNG would sure be nice, get the “F” away from all the emissions (DEF, regen crap), Cummins already has had some of their in-line 4 & 6cylinder engines converted over, and out in the commercial market for awhile (won’t have to reinvent the wheel) in that regard.
