What you said would be more accurate if he had previously known the result of it, and still continued to do the action. But that still wouldn't be enough to classify the person as a sociopath, because a lack of empathy, which is what you're trying to point out, is not enough to call someone a sociopath. Even then, if he knew the outcome and still proceeded, it wouldn't be proof of a lack of empathy, since the outcome is relatively mild. It would ultimately only mean these youtuber's have less empathy than you do.

That is why the milk was there. Milk kills the pain only while it's in your mouth. She looks like she was having a hard time breathing and the pepper she swallowed started working on her stomach too. I get like that when I am in extreme pain...I actually feel sorry for her.

In my oppinion, there is no price to offer people for eating this type of "food". As I can see, those people had no experience with eating something so intense, which makes this prank really dangerous for them. These peppers can really damage gastrointestinal system and also nerve system, which coordinates chemoreceptors in mouth. In bad cases, people can suffer from loosing taste sense. Sorry about that, the paramedics did come and such, at least it did go wrong and wasn't clickbait like most of these fakers out there on youtube. Gone wrong does help my channel get more views i'm pretty sure too, and I spent like $200 on the video and I had to go to the hospital because of the pepper getting on my fingers.
