PAYMENT OF GRADUATION FEES AND OTHER FEES |  

Graduation fees is part of functional fees paid by all students in the final year. For students who have not paid graduation fees, please follow the steps to make payments .
Step 1: Open a browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge, etc.)
Step 2. In the address bar type: pay.kyu.ac.ug/ (Official web link to make payments by none students and former students)
Step 3: Select Option Former Student
Step 4: Fill the required information (Full names, Email address and Telephone Number) and click continue.
Step 5. Select Graduation Fees from the list of payables and click generate reference number.
Step 6. Printout or copy the reference number and use it to pay in the bank or using mobile money.
Step 7. Paying using Mobile Money: (1. Type *165# and click send. 2, Select option: Payments, 3. Select Option Fees and Taxes, 4 Select Option URA, 5, Select Option: With PRN Payments 6, Enter Payment Reference Number) 7. Click send, 8. Enter your PIN to complete the process.
NOTE. If you are former student and did not complete some fees items, you can follow the above steps to pay graduation fees together with pending fees items in the list all at once.
