I thought Discover would have announced their 5% Q4 categories today but it looks like it's now the same date as CFF which is September 15. All year I'm pretty certain that for Discover the announcement date had been March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1. Hmm... Anyways have a safe and blessed Labor Day weekend RJ and Happy September! 👍
That's true, usually their PR company sends them to me early but i haven't gotten anything. See it in the app as well. My guess is Amazon for Discover Q4
PayPal should be applauded for this 5% debit card. It’s not all that useful for most of us on here, but for people who struggle financially, who have poor credit, it will be a real boost, and best of all, it won’t land them in high interest credit card debt.
That's fair. I'll never complain about a 5x option, it also creates more options which is nice. Still wonder why they didn't do this to the credit card but to your point, it does help others

Did you check in the app? It might not be active yet because you haven’t received the card and activated it. It should be for everyone I don’t think it’s targeted from reading through it.
