I've watched most of Payton's fights and he definitely deserves the hype. So much to be impressed with. Super skilled striker, fantastic movement. Poise and comfort in the exchanges. He can take it on the chin. And all this at just 24 years of age. A true phenom. If he keeps improving like he's been improving, I can picture him beating Sean OMalley. In fact, he may be able to do it now if I'm being honest.
