PBC with ThermoWorks® & GrillGrates 

2 Quality Companies joining forces. Makes sense, and I don’t even own a Pit Barrel Cooker

Two probes isn't enough for my needs. I have a fireboard, and a maverick XR-50. Thermapen is nice, but I have a Maverick PT-75 for less then half the price, and testing it against a friend's two thermapens it's just as quick.

I have both of these products and love both of them. I do like that bracket you were showing the smoke sittin on.

I have all three Pbc, smoke and thermapen. Love em. Q on brother!

How does the PBC perform in cold weather? It gets in the extreme negatives here in the winter so I am curious to know if it will still work?

How did you attach thermoworks smoke thermometer to the handle on the PBC? I checked your home page, but did not see a special mount for a thermometer. Did you use an included attachment or hook that comes with the thermometer? I currently use a maverick but have been considering an upgrade to the smoke especially if it mounts that nicely to my PBC!

The only thing that would be better is a PBC XL. A 22.5in drum.
