This particular aircraft served with the RCAF Squadron in Reykjavik, Iceland and wank U-Boat #342 there on April 17th, 1944. She was removed from military service on April 1st, 1946 and subsequently flew with the Canadian Pacific Airlines, Northland Airlines, Midwest Airlines and Ilford Riverton Airways. From 1977 to 1988 she served as a water bomber for Avalon Aviation. On May 30th, 1981 she was damaged in a water landing and sunk but was ultimately repaired.
