Thing is, in control panel it says 'An error occured while trying to uninstall ClientPcCleanup (Thats what it's called for me) It may have already been uninstalled (It hasn't it still pops up). Would you like to remove ClientPcCleanup from the Programs and Features list?'

After I clicked on this video, that instant support thing popped up.

It wont let me delete it when I try to it just doesn’t go away Edit: it says the file is in use and i need to close the file permanently deleting it does nothing somebody please help

dam thank you for the help it kind of scared me when it had that pop up where it said that should i allow this program to make changes to my device didnt know if i should allow it or not i was searching up every way possible to delete this thing with out pressing yes because it might do more damage but after 2 hours of searching i finalllly found this instead it was so easy and simple

In my son's brand new laptop running Windows 10 The program was hiding under the name xPCAP.exe. Once I found it hiding under that name I was able to go to add/remove programs & uninstall it. Hope that helps someone.

I Have PC accelerate pro but in task manager it hides as Estimate speedup and I am not able to delete it in control panel HELP ME

This happened to me once while i was downloading Universe Sandbox zip files. When i was on my computer a pop up called "Pc Accelerate" popped up on my screen. I did not realize those files i was downloading were actually malwares. So i searched up what is a Pc Accelerate and it got me worried that i might just downloaded a very dangerous malware. Thank god theres a removal for this. I couldnt find the application on task manager so i went to settings and saw a app called "Estimatedspeedup" i knew it had to be Pc Accelerate so i deleted it and Pc Accelerate was gone. I have learnt my lesson not to download malicous files

ok so i have restrictions on my computer and my friend somehow was able to get this into my computer. but because of the restrictions, i cannot go into task manager and if i tell my dad about he will yell at me and i dont want that to happen (might hit me) what do i do?

hello everyone, to anyone still having this virus, they will always have that icon with the bar and the arrow. mine was called SilverSpeed.

For latest names, it always has speed up in it, mine was estimate speed up, look out for this word and delete it

I don’t see the program in the control panel, I can’t uninstall it now ....

I really hope someone could answer this, but i uninstalled it from the control panel and then it still existed on my files and won't let me uninstall it from there because it says "the application is running". I kept getting pop ups of the same sort and they wont leave, someone help me :(

how did this thing even gets inside ur pc at the first place?

For Windows 10, go to your settings>apps>virus name (it has many names judging from the comments, mine was onylium, look for a matching icon)>when you click on it should say “uninstall” click that and let the computer do its thing

But the malware isnt popping up on the uninstall apps thing but everytime i open my computer it pops up and starts scanning

whenever i try to uninstall it it opens another app saying “Estimatespeedup will be uninstalled” i press the uninstall button and once it finishes the app does not uninstall please help me

its notworking I click uninstall and ask if it wants to make changes i click yes this thing pops up for a second then disappears so I try again and click no and nothing happens
