I loved this era for gaming. My favorites were Serious Sam, Half Life, Red Faction and Quake 3 Arena. This game had plenty of action, and humor too.

Its great to see some 60fps playthroughs of the Serious Sam Games on RU-vid. Even though you played without getting the secrets. The description says "The game is kind of easy because health packs are nearly everywhere plus...you NEVER ;) get out of ammo." Yeah, and because you played it on easy. Don't forget about that.

I truly admire how Sam could always store aeons of ammo within a T-Shirt!!

This game was simply the best and i loved every second of it when i was a kid, even when i finished the game, i used to replay the game just for the songs, the OST is amazing, especially the song at the temple level.

Sam HD TFE could easily be one of the most beautiful games ever made. It's beautiful even in today's standard

Me and my 2 brothers would spend countless hours on this game and never knew how to defeat the final boss and once we finally found out we were so fuckin happy. We played this and pokemon snap for n64 good times good times

This game was awesome when I got it on OG Xbox back in 04’ then I bought the PS2 copy lost it then bought got the 360 collection and currently bought the Xbox Series X digital copy love this series

You know, you should use- Shotgun - Kleer Skeletons Knife/Chainsaw - Gnaar, Sirian Werebull (By dodging) Double Pistol - Those jumping frog like things, Beheaded Kamikaze Rockets - Bio Mechanoid, massive swarm of units, the monster which summons fireballs (the boss you had to fight in the earlier levels) Minigun/Flamethrower - to get rid of swarms of units. Try to get used to this, am sure you won't have a problem.

I'm so happy this game has had such longevity. I remember when it came out and I bought an S3 graphics card specifically for it. it was the first game with really huge texture maps and really fine detail up close. I have the HD version on my Ps5. it's incredible. I wish the original Unreal 1 would receive such an update and console release.

There was a game called Will Rock that was basically Serious Sam in a Greek mythology setting. It wasn't as good but felt similar. It also had an intro song that sounds like (or maybe was actually) the Twisted Sister song "I Wanna Rock". EDIT: Oh! And I forgot about the game Painkiller, which was similar as well.

I just got the Serious Sam Collection for PS4. I love it! But what is the green icon under the mail icon for? It looks like 3 shotgun shells with a line next to it. It is confusing I know it is not the Ammo count FOR the shotgun so what is it? Please and Thank You!

The game is hard on serious mode and god knows how hard mental mode is

it is better to play in serious or minimal level in difficult, easy level does not pose much challenge and more with the advantage of ammunition and almost infinite health

Damn those Sirian werebulls were amazing. Just shoot a shotgun at them at the last moment and move like a matador.
