Sounds like auditing firms issue with the accounting rules. PCAOB was granted full access to inspect and found significant deficiencies on those auditing firms.
If the audits are done efficiently, then we should not see one bank failure after another bank failure after another bank failure in the US. Three bank failures in less than two months meant someone wasn't doing his or her job. Worse yet, more bank collapses are on their way.
